Last week ATL Anlagentechnik Luhden was a guest of the METALEX Expo in . Thanks to Toshikazu Watanabe from YKT Thailand for organisation our stand. We were honoured by presence of YKT president on the booth - Mr Yanagi Takahiro.

Method was shared within thousands of visitors who is looking and asking for , , . Gregor Stec representing was answering those questions and teaching about TEM - a new method for many engineers.

New TEM Post-Treatment Center in Merchweiler/Saarland

A new service provider has been strengthening the deburring market since June 2023. Strategically positioned near the Sulzbach site, where HYDAC Group has its main location. In this innovative center, huge hydraulic blocks are now not only thermally deburred, but also thoroughly washed.

The CEO of the NBZ, Silke Ludwig, is proud to present what is currently the world's largest TEM system with an impressive deburring chamber size of diameter 460 x 630 mm (140l).

Jörn Struckmann, CEO of ATL Anlagentechnik Luhden GmbH, is convinced. 👉 remains the most effective process for deburring in the hydraulics industry. Within just 1-2 minutes, components can be cleaned from all burrs and chips, both internally and externally, and the result is precise. Sharp-edged and burr-free what completely minimize the risk of burr detachment during system operation even at high pressures. 😎

We have developed the 2d generation of long-chamber deburring machine! 💪 This machine deburrs heavy vehicles engine components like rocker arm shafts with internal cross holes in less than 18 sec per piece while still being very . ✅

Just like metals, thermoplastics also have burrs after production, which are usually complicated and time-consuming to remove. Here, ATL Anlagentechnik Luhden GmbH offers the so-called iTEMPlastics, with which various plastics can be deburred. The process not only deburrs effectively and with reproducible precision.
