At the beginning of July HARKE Pharma together with our partners Boai NKY Pharmaceuticals and Shin-Etsu Life Sciences participated in the CEKA PharmTech Pharma School 2026 “Technology Transfer: from Research & Development to Authorized Medicinal Product”, which took place at the Medical University of Gdansk. 😊

It was a great opportunity to collaborate and exchange the ideas with young scientists from Poland, North Macedonia, Hungary, Türkiye, Bosnia Herzegovina, and Serbia.

As temperatures rise, so does the importance of managing skin heat stress.
Heat doesn't just make skin feel uncomfortable…it can also influence biological processes associated with skin health.

🔥When skin temperature rises, collagen-degrading enzyme MMP-1, heat-sensing receptor TRPV1, and reactive oxygen species (ROS) increase,
which may lead to heightened skin sensitivity and visible signs of aging.

Last May, our Technical Sales Manager for Austria, Samir Nasser-Eddin Velez introduced HARKE Pharma and the HARKE Academy to pharmacy students at the Paracelsus Medical Private University. A special thank you to Univ.-Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Anne Mahringer, Head of the Department of Pharmaceutical Technology and Biopharmaceutics, and Dr. rer. nat. Sami Ullah Khan, Research Associate at the Institute of Pharmacy Salzburg, for the excellent organization.
We would also like to thank Mr. Tobias Eggers, Technical Sales Manager at Shin-Etsu Tylose GmbH, for sharing his expertise on ASD formulation challenges and the important role of functional excipients in modern drug delivery.
It was a great opportunity to exchange knowledge with the next generation of pharmaceutical scientists, and we look forward to future collaborations.
