Precision, heat and true craftsmanship 🔥

Our Diego has taken on a project that leaves no room for error: a custom-made exhaust system for a Porsche 997 GT3. The system was welded using the TIG process. The Tetrix XQ was used – exactly the tool you need when every detail has to be spot on.

The result? A finish that’s not only technically impressive but also a real visual highlight.

This isn’t standard. This is a passion for metal.

Wire runs out right in the middle of a weld? 😱 That’s exactly what costs time and nerves: downtime, rework, and in the worst case, weld defects.

The wire reserve sensor makes sure you know in advance. It measures the remaining amount on the wire spool and alerts you as soon as only 10% is left. That means no surprises, but a strategically planned spool change.

🔔 The warning appears directly on the display: on the control unit, on the RD3X torch, or – if you’re using Xnet – also as a notification in the network. Ideal when distances in the workshop are long and the wire needs to be replenished in time.

Even if you don’t have the spool in sight, you’re still on the safe side: if the wire feeder is mounted on a crane, for example, or the viewing window is blocked, you’ll still receive the alert in time. ⏰

For one of his projects, our Ernes has taken on a task that requires exceptional precision: welding thin-walled pipes, such as those used in the chemical and food processing industries🧪🥫. The requirements for quality and workmanship are particularly high in these areas – clean seams and maximum accuracy are crucial.

TIG welding is ideal for applications like these. This process enables a highly controlled working method and is ideal for creating fine, high-quality weld seams.⚡

Our Tetrix XQ was used for this project. With its stable arc guidance and precise energy output, it provides optimal conditions for the reliable and controlled welding of even the thinnest pipes. 🔧💪
