🥂 Twenty-nine times 25 years, once even 40 years: that is the tally of our major company anniversaries in 2025 at our locations in Münster and Nordwalde.

And because such long careers with one employer are truly special, we honored our employees celebrating 25 and 40 years of service with a lovely dinner in Münster.

In addition to a speech by our owner Jens Röttgering and delicious food, there was plenty of time for stories about working at Hengst over the past years and decades.

Thank you very much, dear jubilarians, for your many years of loyalty and your great commitment. That is truly very special!

High-level diplomatic visit: US Consul General Preeti V. Shah visits our headquarters in Münster.

The discussion between the US Consul General in Düsseldorf and our company owner Jens Röttgering focused on key topics for the future such as competitiveness, innovation, sustainability, and transatlantic relations. Consul General Shah was very enthusiastic about innovative products and their importance for society. We are both interested in strengthening transatlantic relations and bilateral trade.

For us, the United States is one of the most important markets. We also employ more than 250 people at three locations in North Carolina and South Carolina. In Camden, South Carolina, the focus is primarily on automotive products and industrial filtration solutions, while in Lincolnton, North Carolina, the focus is on hydraulic applications.

Consul General Shah's visit underscores the importance of this transatlantic economic relationship and the shared commitment to further strengthening it.

🌍 “Regional Innovation Stories Going Global.” This could well be a guiding principle for our actions.

In this case, it is the title of the expert panel in which our development engineer and materials scientist Dr. Laura Marie Henning is participating at the TECHLAND XPERIENCE in Münster.

Which ideas, technologies, and innovations from the Dutch-German border region have the potential to conquer the world? Or are they already doing so today?

Our colleague will discuss this with Daniel Narberhaus, Prof. Tobias Heindel, Eugéne Reuvenkamp, and Dr. Sebastian Hartwig on Thursday, March 12, on the TECHLAND Stage.

🏗️ What role does AI play in the construction industry? How are autonomous machines changing the industry? And what does sustainability mean in the construction sector?

A final farewell from Las Vegas from CONEXPO-CON/AGG, which ended on Saturday. In addition to numerous discussions with interested parties about our own products, we were also inspired by the participants' views on the future of the industry.

Whether it was the exciting keynotes and discussions on stage, the hands-on workshops, or the thematic focus at other exhibitors' booths: the construction industry is changing as rapidly as many other industries, and we are constantly looking for ways to help with our solutions.

Therefore, a big thank you to all the participants with whom we had the opportunity to exchange ideas!

♀️ What an inspiring and motivating start to our new women's network, women@hengst.

We kicked things off at our company headquarters in Münster with an interactive presentation by Birgit Drixelius on the topics of self-confidence, presence, and personal effectiveness.

The response was truly impressive and the many discussions that followed were extremely enriching.

Now we will gradually bring women@hengst to life and hopefully provide many women in our company with the inspiration and tools they need for their professional careers.
