How is InnoRobot
InnoRobot is born because of the matching of two wishes, needs and wills that are summed up in one goal: innovate! First, it arises from my personal desire to benefit from the training and the extensive experience in the automation sector that began since 2003. I’m an engineer who has had the opportunity to create automated robotized systems for many applications in many sectors.
I have worked for several companies, covering all the roles of the chain, starting with the technician, to arrive, thanks to a master’s degree in business administration, to direct the operating area of one of the largest Robotics System Integrator in Italy. At the culmination of this journey, I wanted to do my own, to do the job I’ve always loved and that I know how to do well, but overcome obsolete schemes and commercial practice that do not put the customer at the center of the business. To this, my desire to project in a better future, join the wishes of Walter Schaffhauser and Alexander Steiger, founders of AutomationsRobotic GmbH (www.ar-gmbh.eu), a German company with 50 employees and is mainly active in the sector automotive, a market where they are especially famous for their robotized deburring units of aluminum components. Walter and Alex are two successful entrepreneurs who have been considering expanding horizons to emerging businesses. That is why, thanks to my almost twenty years of friendship with Walter, we have decided to put together and to found this new company based on their solid structure and my ability to design and manage innovative robotics projects. the first is to innovate the automation robotics market by creating fresh solutions and products
So, we do not create customized products on demand. We start by studying the most common problems and needs of players and creating machines that solve common needs. Innovation is not only the technical profile but we are aiming to eradicate certain commercial systems that have now passed, where the customer is no longer in the center of any company’s business. Since ever, the customer is the one who really does live every business, we always want to keep it in mind, offering the best services and assistance on the market. Keeping our innovative spirit, taking advantage of the experiences gained by the founding partners, we are specialists in the realization of turnkey systems for:
– the weakening process in the airbag area of cars’ aesthetic coating
– for two-dimensional and three-dimensional vision systems
– robotic milling units.
2. The second goal of InnoRobot is to bring robotics out of the industry. Nowadays, there are more and more markets, still undeveloped, where robots and men can collaborate, discarding the idea that robots “are stealing” work for the person. Our aim is to show that robots improve people’s quality of life, helping them in more repetitive and dangerous jobs, with faster and better performance and leading to more advanced tasks. In this direction, we have already created and now we are studying even new food and entertainment projects for cruise ships and are studying big brand marketing projects.
3. The last, but not least, goal is people training. There is widespread controversy for automation to steal jobs. In fact, it is not true, and has been demonstrated by many studies that when automation level increases, the total workforce’s count increases. What is true is that the jobs that are missing are those with low training that are also the most alienating. Automation requires professionalism other than consolidated ones and leads to the emergence of new and newer professionals. This is simply evolution. What changes is not the number of jobs but the type of people that are needed in the workplace. InnoRobot aims to help and contribute in this regard by training both the chain’s professionals, as programmers of robots and technicians, and those who think they are being replaced by robots, so the worker who wants to qualify to reach a new function in the company, without being overwhelmed by the robot but, on the contrary, working together. InnoRobot also has a specific training plan for entrepreneurs who have not yet completed their automation path, which provides them in addition to know-how, and also an effective and successful business model. These are the aims and goals of this startup that has got new head but experienced hands and legs
