Next steps for Sheard Packaging 👏

MINDA provided the intralogistics infrastructure for infeed and discharge of the converting machines at the Greetland plant. Right now, the installation and commissioning is completed:

✅ Vertical lift
✅ Pallet loading station BoP
✅ Top sheet dispenser C-Droid
✅ Empty pallet magazines

Now the whole material flow around the machines of MuK Elmshorn, Wilhelm Bahmüller Maschinenbau Präzisionswerkzeuge GmbH and Mosca GmbH is in operation.

Success Story: Complete intralogistics including in-house storage and high-bay warehouse

Back in 2019, MINDA, as a full-service provider, implemented the complete intralogistics system at VPK Packaging Nordic in their new greenfield plant in Halden, Norway:

➡️Discharge from the corrugator
➡️Integration of converting machines
➡️Entire intralogistics up to the dispatch area
➡️In-house storage
➡️High-bay warehouse

“The successful implementation in Halden is the result of a strong, trustful cooperation between VPK and MINDA. Together, we created a system that seamlessly connects production and logistics and we have jointly set new standards for internal material handling,” confirms general project manager Benjamin Simmons.

As a specialist in internal material handling, MINDA is acting as the general contractor for this project, covering the entire intralogistics process from a single source. The customer benefits from a single contact person for the entire process chain and an intelligently optimized material flow that is perfectly tailored to the requirements on site.

Achieving More Together, from Stadthagen to North America

In July, our colleague Jan Thiemann traveled to the U.S. on business for the first time. There, he visited our team at MINDA North America and, together with John McLean , met with various customers to discuss current inquiries and future projects.

For us, face-to-face interaction on-site is a key component of successful collaboration, both within the MINDA Group and with our customers. Even across national borders, we want to stay closely aligned with their needs, understand challenges together, and develop tailor-made solutions.

Through close collaboration, we pool our expertise and resources. Our customers benefit from:

Officially awarded: MINDA is among the Innovationswettbewerb TOP 100 most innovative medium-sized enterprises in Germany! 🏅

MINDA worlwide: Business Trip to South Korea ✈️

Our colleague David Jonek from the Automotive Sales Team traveled to South Korea to support the production ramp-up of the first manrider conveyors “Made in Korea”.

Key focus areas included:
✅ Quality assurance to ensure highest standards from day one
✅ Setting the course for successful production of 61 modules
✅ Strengthening customer proximity in the Asian market

This project required a strong hands-on mentality – something David actively embraced on site to ensure smooth processes and reliable results. Beyond the technical achievements, this experience was also about building new connections and strengthening existing partnerships. And of course, the experience off-site was just as rewarding:

💡 Seoul – a vibrant and impressive city
💡 Amazing food and great cultural experiences
