2026 SCWA Convention & EXPO at the Fort Worth Convention Center, Texas

How well prepared are your facilities when it really matters?
No one wants to hope for a firefighting operation, but if it does happen, everything must run smoothly in an emergency!

That's why we invited the fire department to visit us in Stadthagen and jointly examined what is important in an emergency. During our tour, we exchanged information about the technical facilities and thoroughly inspected the premises together.

Safety check
✅ Keep access routes always clear
✅ Well-defined contact persons for each area
✅ Clear assembly points .. and many other aspects that every single employee must be aware of.

Ready for the future of corrugated board production? Connection of a new inline project! We congratulate Nestler Wellpappe GmbH & Co. KG on the next step in sustainable corrugated board production!

With the integration of a new inline machine, the corrugated board specialist reliably prepares for the future: faster processes, more stable workflows, and consistently high quality.

We had the opportunity to implement the machine infeed, including the Prefeeder Advector, as well as the discharge together with our partner MuK Elmshorn, and we are happy to be part of this next step!

This is already the fifth MINDA Advector at Nestler. And individuality pays off - each one is tailor-made to the individual needs on site.

15 years of glulam production at GRUPO SIERO – and prepared for the next steps!

After approx. 15 years of continuous operation, we specifically optimized the glulam line at our long-standing customer Siero Lam in Asturias.

Together with the team on site, we thoroughly maintained the plant and optimized it in certain key areas.

For hardwood pioneer Siero Lam, this means:
- Consistent processes after many years of operation
- Continued production of top-quality glulam made of chestnut (with CE-mark)
- A production line that is well set up for future requirements

Long-term partnerships, trust, and teams working together on solutions - these are factors that make projects like this so special. And that's exactly what we experienced once again during this job in Spain.

No possibility for pit construction – but increasing demands on throughput and efficiency in your car wash❓
This is exactly the situation many operators face in their everyday work: limited space, existing buildings, ongoing operation – and nevertheless, the system must remain fit for the future.

For this purpose MINDA developed the 2-track Above Ground Conveyor:
✅ Flat, elevated design for short car washes up to 25 m in length
✅ Direct installation on the hall floor
✅ No pit and thus no expensive civil engineering work
✅ Particularly suitable for conversion to a short car wash or for new projects with limited space

In short: We provide tailor-made conveyor technology that adapts to the reality on site – not the other way around.

New finger jointing machine for Huter & Söhne in Innsbruck

Tomorrow is the big day: The new HVP-28 compact finger jointing machine with proven HOWIAL GmbH & Co. KG flyback technology is on its way to Austria. The machine was thoroughly tested at our site in Pohlheim in advance, and the first finger joints have already been tested by the leading specialists of the HOWIAL team.

👉 Whether for glulam, KVH, window and door production or in the furniture industry – our compact finger jointing systems are suitable for a wide range of applications.

👉 The compact systems are available in various sizes for different cross-sections. Horizontal and vertical finger joints are possible, as well as the use of 1K or 2K glues.

We're back from the “gingerbread coma”

The wonderful holidays are over, and let's be honest - there were a few treats that ended up on our plates 😊 Now it's time to get back on track with our sports activities. And at MINDA, we don't just do that in January, the traditional month for New Year's fitness resolutions, but all year round!

Last year, 11 employees took on the challenge of earning the “German Sports Badge”: They won 8 gold and 3 silver medals. What a great achievement!

The certificates were handed out at our Christmas party – after which our dedicated sports enthusiasts definitely deserved a few more pieces of gingerbread 😉

We are excited to see how many employees we can motivate to earn the German Sports Badge this year! Leading the way is Christine Dux, who brings our athletes together every year.

As soon as the weather allows, cycling to work would be good training. Good to know: At MINDA, we support this by offering bicycle leasing for our employees, for example.

So: Here's to a new year, new goals, and exciting projects!

Back home – visit MINDA?

On December 27, 2025, the traditional Rückkehrertag will take place in Tangermünde. And we'll be there again! 🎉

During the quiet days between Christmas and New Year's, anyone interested who has found their way back home for the holidays can find out about potential career opportunities in the Stendal district. This year, the traditional event falls on a Saturday. This makes the Rückkehrertag even more appealing, as it takes place on a free weekend and allows more time for a visit. 🙌

Once again this year, numerous (craft) businesses from various industries will be presenting themselves to returnees and will be available to answer questions about career opportunities and job offers.
