We are proud of our colleagues at BAUER KOMPRESSOREN Romania for supporting another initiative organized by Fundatia Bucuria Darului Bucuria Darului.

Working together, the team prepared meals for approximately 60 mothers and children. Their generosity is a wonderful example of how teamwork and simple acts of care can make a meaningful difference in the community.

This summer, BAUER GROUP leaders Dr. Monika Bayat and Philipp Bayat made a special visit to BAUER Singapore that highlighters BAUER's history, people, and commitment to quality.

They had the honour of joining the branch's Employee Anniversary Awards, recognizing colleagues who were celebrating 10, 15, and more than 20 years of dedication and contribution to the organization's success!

This visit also included a remarkable connection to the past: Dr. Bayat was able to see a BAUER compressor that was commissioned the year she was born, a testament to the longevity of BAUER engineering.

BAUER & Friends Bike Trip 2026 – Nauders delivers!
Three days, seven riders and plenty of climbing: This year's BAUER & Friends Bike Trip took the team to Nauders in Tyrol, where a total of around 2,500 vertical metres and numerous demanding trails were waiting to be conquered.
The highlight was Nauders, featuring legendary views, brutal climbs and breathtaking alpine scenery. The next adrenaline rush came with the fierce descent via the notorious Bunker Trail, demanding skill, courage and total concentration.
The effort was rewarded with perfect biking weather and well-deserved Tyrolean specialities at the Stieralm mountain hut.
The verdict from all participants: three unforgettable days full of sport, friendship and great memories – and certainly not the last BAUER & Friends bike adventure. 🚴☀️🍻

Mr. Philipp Bayat, Chairman of the Executive Board, recently visited BAUER KOMPRESSOREN Australia, where he met with the local team and toured the company's facilities.

During the visit, Mr. Bayat was introduced to BKA's production and packaging operations, including a range of innovative packaging solutions designed and developed by our Australian colleagues. The tour highlighted BKA's commitment to quality, innovation, and meeting the evolving needs of the market.

BKA's management also presented the company's ongoing growth initiatives and future development plans, providing an overview of the exciting opportunities ahead.

Congratulations to BAUER KOMPRESSOREN Romania on four remarkable years! 💙

Since opening its doors, the team in Romania has grown quickly, achieved a great deal and become an important contributor to the success of the entire BAUER GROUP.

We are sincerely grateful for the dedication, passion and team spirit that have shaped this journey. The anniversary celebration, shared with colleagues and their families, was a wonderful reflection of the strong community BAUER Romania has built.

This year’s BAUER GROUP summer party brought colleagues together to celebrate several major milestones: 80 years of BAUER KOMPRESSOREN, 25 years of UNICCOMP GmbH, and ROTORCOMP VERDICHTER GmbH’s 45th anniversary.

With the Football World Cup underway, a little friendly competition was a must. The traditional table football tournament delivered exciting matches, enthusiastic spectators, and a prize-giving ceremony led by the full management team.

Guests also enjoyed great food, specialty coffee, handmade ice cream, and a staff-run bar, while the photo booth kept the laughter going with creative props and plenty of memorable snapshots.

A wonderful day celebrating our shared success story across the BAUER GROUP.

What an incredible evening! The BAUER GROUP was once again proud to take part in the Geretsried Alpenland Company Run, the largest corporate running event south of Munich. Since the very first race in 2007, BAUER has not only been a regular participant but also a proud sponsor of the event.
This year, a record team of 50 runners from BAUER KOMPRESSOREN, UNICCOMP and ROTORCOMP lined up at the start. In the weeks leading up to the race, the team prepared together during training runs, building both fitness and team spirit.
The weather made the challenge even greater: At the 7:00 p.m. start, temperatures still reached 32°C (90°F), while an incredible 63°C (145°F) was measured on the asphalt. Nevertheless, every member of Team BAUER crossed the finish line with determination, enthusiasm and a smile.
The celebrations continued after the race at the legendary BIERVERTICUS, where runners proudly received their finisher medals, enjoyed a hearty Bavarian meal and rounded off the evening with great conversations and live music from Cagey Strings.
A huge congratulations to everyone who took part. Once again, you demonstrated what defines the BAUER GROUP: team spirit, commitment and the determination to achieve great things together. We are already looking forward to the 2027 Company Run!
