Disengagement is on the rise – many have mentally already checked out. 😔

Another worrying trend is the “Gallup effect”: employees stay physically in the team but drain the energy of everyone around them, putting long-term goals at risk.

We love talking about “data products” like they’re simple.
But if you’re in banking, telco, or insurance, you know the real value is in:
➡️ Data quality
➡️ Governance
➡️ And making smart trade-offs early.

Key takeaways that stuck with me:
💡 Tech debt = future cost.
💡 No such thing as a “free puppy” – not in software, not in teams.

We see it almost daily:
– The need is urgent
– Candidates are interested
– Yet the process drags on for weeks or even months

Here are the biggest blockers – from both sides:

For companies:
- No access to the right talent within their own network
- Budget approvals delay decisions
- Internal HR teams are stretched thin
- Candidates drop out just before the finish line

For candidates:
