We love talking about “data products” like they’re simple.
But if you’re in banking, telco, or insurance, you know the real value is in:
➡️ Data quality
➡️ Governance
➡️ And making smart trade-offs early.

Key takeaways that stuck with me:
💡 Tech debt = future cost.
💡 No such thing as a “free puppy” – not in software, not in teams.
💡 “You get what you measure.”

Also loved the take on shiny new tools:
Everyone wants to build. No one wants to maintain.
(But someone always has to.)
