We’re looking for a motivated professional to support our accounting activities and contribute to the smooth operation of our finance processes.

📍 Neuss | Full-time or Part-time | Permanent

In this role, you will independently manage accounts receivable and payable, review and process incoming invoices and credit card statements, and support the team with general accounting tasks. You bring hands-on experience in accounting, a structured and reliable working style, and strong Excel skills. Experience with the Diamant accounting system is a plus.

We are looking for an open-minded, cooperative and team-oriented Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) to support our international sales activities.

📍 Neuss | Full-time or reduced full-time hours | Permanent | Hybrid work possible

In this role, you will manage and continuously optimise processes from purchasing to sales, support customers in German-speaking markets, and coordinate import and export activities as well as international suppliers. You will also be responsible for merchandise planning, inventory management and stock control. You bring several years of experience in inside sales, strong IT skills, and excellent German and English language skills. Knowledge of customs regulations and transport logistics is a plus.

We look back with pride on a successful CHINACOAT 2025 ✨

Our dedicated local colleagues as well as our Managing Directors and Business Unit Directors were there to discuss circular innovation with our visitors. We were also delighted to welcome Ink Invent and Phomera as part of the team, adding fresh expertise throughout the show.

At our innovation table, customers could experience the stunning effects of our pigment portfolio live. We presented new usage scenarios, and introduced fresh formulation concepts by combining complementary materials – all tailored to the dynamic Asian market.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended the Grolman Technical Customer Days 2025 in Lyon!

It was a fantastic gathering filled with insightful presentations, expert discussions, and meaningful connections. Under the theme “Colours & Sustainability”, we enjoyed 12 high-quality presentations from our valued partners and Grolman experts from the Lab and Coatings teams.

We were especially pleased with the feedback from our post-event survey, many of you rated the event as “Très satisfaisant”, which made us very happy indeed. A special highlight was the evening murder party – a fun, interactive mystery game.

As we begin this new year, the Grolman team is looking forward to working together in 2026.
