A new UPANEXT 70 V4 H3 has completed its journey to Sort Commerce EOOD, part of the Ecobulpack group, and is now ready for reliable daily operation at the company’s site in Yambol in the southeast of Bulgaria.

Equipped with TSC (Total Slot Cover System) and ACT (Adaptive Cross Tying System), the baler is designed for the reliable processing of paper, film and various plastic fractions.

Following the delivery of an UPAMAT 70 H4 for fibre material processing to its sister company Ecobulhart EOOD in 2024, the Ecobulpack group has once again chosen – a strong sign of trust in our quality, innovation and reliable technology.

Two UPAMAT 200 Baler Giants. One Mission: Maximum Performance.

At Helmut Westarp GmbH & Co. KG in Aschaffenburg, two UPAMAT 200 balers are now operating side by side.

With the successful installation and commissioning of a brand-new UPAMAT 200 with a 4 × 75 kW power drive, unoTech has delivered its third baling system to Helmut Westarp GmbH & Co. KG in Aschaffenburg. Joining an UPAMAT 70 H4 for document shredding and another UPAMAT 200, the new installation further expands the company's high-performance baling capacity.

Built for demanding continuous operation, the two heavy-duty balers deliver maximum pressing force, high throughput and consistently dense, heavy bales.

Processing cardboard, various paper grades and multi-print materials, the system ensures reliable, high-capacity performance day after day.

Four strong days in Munich. Thank you to everyone who visited our stand and took a closer look at our exhibits. The feedback from customers and visitors was clear: robust technology and reliable performance matter most in day-to-day operation.

Our exhibits attracted particularly strong interest and showed that unoTech is valued in the market for innovative technologies and forward-looking solutions.

Two topics stood out: RaffiXX was recognized as an innovative system that simply works and opens up new applications and markets. And the Cognitive Baler Coach (CBC) showed its value as practical operator support, with clear guidance and faster troubleshooting directly at the machine.

With the Cognitive Baler Coach, unoTech introduces a smart assistance tool designed to support operators directly at the machine.

CBC provides practical operating guidance and rapid troubleshooting via the baler`s touch panel. From clear step-by-step instructions to specific recommendations when faults occur, the system helps operators respond quickly and confidently during plant operation.

It also provides access to digital machine documentation, integrated learning and training sequences, safety content and video-based support and tutorials — helping to reduce downtime, simplify onboarding and make plant operation more efficient.
