Selbstklebefolien haben eine Umweltwirkung – genauso wie viele andere Materialien auch. Entscheidend ist, wie bewusst wir damit umgehen. Nachhaltigkeit beginnt für uns nicht beim fertigen Produkt, sondern ganz am Anfang der Entwicklung. Denn Faktoren wie Einsatzbereich, Nutzungsdauer und Materialwahl spielen zusammen.
Mit unserer LoopPET Serie setzen wir dort an, wo es sinnvoll ist: Wir nutzen anteilig PCR (post-consumer recycled) PET – also recyceltes Material, das wieder in den Kreislauf zurückgeführt wird. So können wir Ressourcen effizienter einsetzen und fossile Rohstoffe teilweise ersetzen. Nicht als perfekte Lösung – sondern als ein durchdachter Schritt in die richtige Richtung. For us, sustainability doesn’t start with the finished product, but right at the beginning of development. Factors such as application, service life and material choice all interact.
With our LoopPET series, we focus on where it makes sense: we use a share of PCR (post-consumer recycled) material that is returned to the material cycle. This allows us to use resources more efficiently and partially replace fossil raw materials. Not as a perfect solution, but as a well-considered step in the right direction.
