For a product in an explosive environment we have adopted the concept for explosion protection. We used 3D-CAD to implement the design and construction. Based on this we created the BOM, technical and sales documents. After we did the value analysis, we took over the certification of the productfor CSA, IECX, UL and ATEX.

We have taken over the planning and construction of an energy-saving house with an integrated local control network (LCN). Before construction we considered project cost estimation, coordination of personnel, deadlines and suppliers. Part of the planning was also the development and installation of the heating and air conditioning system. The building system technology was linked with LCN.

For our partner we worked on the design and product development of electric heating systems. In doing so we analysed the market and competitors for the North American region (USA, Canada). We have taken over the management and consulting of the product certification for CSA, IECX, UL and ATEX. At the same time, we have carried out the cost analysis for prototypes as well as the experiments and tests.

A successful analytical instrument must also be carefully analysed during the design phase. Together with our partner, we have developed an offer and concept processing for analysis devices. We took over the leadership of the team and implemented the planning of the project in the department. Part of the planning was the construction of task fields and the coordination of the different working parts. This finally resulted in a concept for series production.

We have therefore carried out a concept evaluation for heat pump dryers. The heat exchangers were analysed as the most important component and the optimum refrigerant was checked in the performance analysis of air-refrigerant for evaporators and condensers. From this we developed the best method for increasing the heat transfer coefficients. Based on this, we developed a concept for the manufacturing technology of various heat exchangers.

The maxim from our studies also applies to our partner's heat pumps, electric boilers and gas condensing boilers. The project focused on final and pre-assembly testing. In close cooperation with the responsible persons we worked out the definition of the test bench concept based on specifications from R&D, PFMEA, occupational safety and the test standards. From this, we determined a specification sheet for commissioning the development and assembly from an external supplier. Finally, we accompanied the development of the test bench at the manufacturer's site and during commissioning at the factory.

The right mixture makes it!🧪❄️⚗️
For our partner we have worked out the optimal mixture for refrigeration technology. We analysed different refrigerants and worked out the optimal efficiency. In addition, the corresponding system components: tube heat exchanger, evaporator and condenser. From this we calculated the optimal refrigeration measurement at different evaporation temperatures.
