Last week, we had our third ✨ session at the European HQ, bringing together female colleagues from different teams and backgrounds. For two days, we had a chance to sit together and share an honest conversation about our career paths, personal challenges and learnings, the realities women face at work, and the small everyday choices that shape leadership.

We’ve just wrapped up an inspiring and energizing three-day European HR Conference in 🇩🇰 Copenhagen.

Bringing together 60 passionate HR professionals from across Europe, alongside special guests from the 🇺🇸 US and our 🇯🇵 Tokyo headquarters, this event truly celebrated People and Culture as the core of Fujifilm’s HR mission.

Over the course of three days, we dived deep into some of the most exciting and relevant topics shaping the future of . From an interactive workshop on to strategic discussions on HR’s evolving role in business alignment - every session sparked fresh ideas and new perspectives. Our +Story live panel put real voices and experiences front and center, reminding us of the power of storytelling to learn from each other, build connection, and drive change.

And let’s not forget the great fun and fantastic networking that brought us all closer together! 💚 Huge thanks to everyone who made this event a success and to all the incredible people making a difference in our HR teams across Europe and beyond.
