The standard says: run it 3 times. The customer did exactly that.
Five repetitions later — wrong behaviour.
The standard is a floor, not a ceiling. It defines the minimum. Not the point where the system has proven itself stable.
Manual testing stops where the standard stops. Automation doesn't have to.

The conditions that cause them have been written down for years. LV 124. LV 148.

The standards exist. The tests exist. The only question is whether they get run honestly.
