🔹 Can external gases be used with the system? Yes! By using the Multigas module, you can easily integrate process gases such as nitrogen, helium, or argon.

🔹 What is the optimal working distance? It depends on the module you are using:
· Nearfield & Nearfield Needle Modules: 0.5 – 2 mm
· Needle Module: 2 – 5 mm
· Standard Module: 2 – 10 mm
· Multigas Module: 2 – 20 mm

🔹 What is the ideal treatment speed? Depending on the substrate and specific application, we recommend a processing speed of up to 20 mm/s.
