Der HEGLA Fahrzeugbau wurde 1976 im nordrhein-westfälischen Beverungen gegründet und ist heute Marktführer auf dem Gebiet der Glas- und Fenster-Transportaufbauten. Ansässig ist der HEGLA Fahrzeugbau heute in Satteldorf (Landkreis Schwäbisch Hall). Die HEGLA-Gruppe ist mit ihren insgesamt drei Standorten (Satteldorf, Beverungen und Kretzschau) in ganz Deutschland immer kundennah und setzt auf eine individuelle Beratung.

🚀 Insulating Glass Units Ready for Direct Access – in the Exact Order You Need, with the IFP Rack.

Completed double- and triple-glazed insulating glass units can be stored directly in the required production sequence – regardless of size, loading order, or other constraints. This also saves valuable time for window manufacturers, as the required insulating glass units can be retrieved exactly when and where they are needed. ⏱️

Special support rails securely hold each insulating glass unit in place while simultaneously separating it from adjacent panes. Thanks to the integrated lowering mechanism, freshly sealed IG units are reliably supported during the curing process and then gently lowered for damage-free transportation.

🚐 The Fiat E-Doblò – a real eye-catcher on the road!
In no time at all, we equipped this Fiat with an exterior rack, the Variofix system, a roof rack, and a pull-out interior rack for the transportation of glass and windows. 🔧💪

The interior rack provides a smart solution for the safe transport of fragile cargo. Thanks to its pull-out design, loading and unloading can be done in a much more ergonomic way—without having to climb into the van first. Your employees’ backs will thank you in the long run!

Combined with the HEGLA clamping bars, the Variofix system provides even greater load security, especially on uneven surfaces.

Equipped with our robust exterior aluminum rack, this vehicle is leaving our facility and is ready for its mission in glass and window transportation.

With a loading height of 2,850 mm, a loading width of 3,000 mm, and a payload capacity of 350 kg, the body provides optimal conditions for safe and efficient transport – perfectly matched to the vehicle.

Schön war es auf der@FENSTERBAU FRONTALE in Nürnberg. Toll war das große Zusammenkommen – berauschend das Feedback und die guten Gespräche. Im Film zu sehenunser neues Variofix, dass sicher und schnell Fenster oder andere unebene Güter fixiert und sogar einen Transport übereinander ermöglicht.
