We take enormous pride in our relationship to our client Sub Zero, Inc. We are here to do the final commissioning of the fifth machine delivered to their Goodyear, Arizona facility.

They have eight Geiss machines across three plants and two more on order for arrival in 2020.

A quick look at the inventory that they have on hand of their high-end refrigeration and cooking equipment is simply astounding. Each of those boxes contain equipment that has a retail price north of $5k and some as much as $25k each!

This plant runs 24x7, 5-6 days a week, producing more!

All we can say is, WOW!

Machine number 5 and 6!

This time it is Sub Zero, Inc’s Goodyear, Arizona plant. They are moving into their newly expanded plant’s area for the plastics processing operation.

Just installed - Two new fully automatic Geiss T10s with tool and material changing equipment are now the first equipment to christen that space.

Machine number four!!!

Sub Zero, Inc., a producer of world class refrigerators, freezers and wine storage.

This is the first Geiss machine in their Fitchburg Wisconsin facility. It was delivered as a fully automatic machine, complete with an automatic tool and sheet material changing system.

This is the latest installation of a Geiss T10 vacuumforming machine.

Our business partner Sub Zero, Inc., which is a world class producer of refrigerators, freezers, wine storage and ice making equipment is now using a Geiss T10 vacuumforming machines to develop there future products.

They already have two Geiss machines running in their production.

But now they will use this fully equipped machine to go further with product developments in their laboratory environment.

This company has an engineering process that is incredibly fine tuned in every detail to what makes their product the very best in their industry.

Geiss delivers the most state-of-the-art equipment for cutting and shaping honeycomb core used in aerospace applications. With one machine that integrates two vertical axes the user, in one set-up and using one program, can do both mechanical routing and ultra-sonically cut a wide range of core.
