Auf der Baustelle arbeitet ihr als perfektes Team: Während ein Mitarbeiter die Sanierung am Rohr durchführt, steuert der zweite den gesamten Prozess digital über das iPad. Rohrdimension, Rohrlänge, gewünschte Schichtstärke, so werden alle relevanten Daten direkt erfasst und dokumentiert. Mit wenigen Klicks ist alles vorbereitet und die Sanierung kann starten. Aus „One Night in Bangkok“ wurden 2 Tage Trenchless Asia 🇹🇭
Zwischen pulsierendem Großstadttrubel, Krokodilen am Straßenrand und außergewöhnlichen Eindrücken stand für uns vor allem wieder eines im Mittelpunkt: die Zukunft der grabenlosen Rohrsanierung.
Doch die Messe bot noch viel mehr. Unsere Experten Hannes und Kevin konnten einem internationalen Fachpublikum unsere effiziente Lösung zur schonenden Rohrsanierung präsentieren und dabei neue Märkte kennenlernen.

🚀 Leadership announcement in the trenchless industry

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Dominik Berchtold as Chief Executive Officer of the global trenchless platform around IMS Trenchless, and Polypipe.

What a View: Rohrsanierung mit Sunset-Feeling ☀️
Nur wir, ein Fallstrang und die strahlende Sonne. Gemeinsam mit unserem Coating-Experten Kevin war das Team von PW Dienstleistungen bei seiner ersten Sanierung mit dem rabbitcoater 2.0 im Einsatz. Dabei gab es nicht nur einen spektakulären Sonnenuntergang, sondern auch jede Menge Praxiserfahrung direkt auf der Baustelle.

💡 Unser Baustellen-Support: Zu unserem Service gehört auch die Begleitung eurer ersten Sanierungsprojekte. So habt ihr einen Profi direkt an eurer Seite, der aufkommende Herausforderungen sofort lösen und Unsicherheiten überwinden kann.

So war Kevin bei der Firma PW Dienstleistungen in Wolfratshausen im Einsatz. Gemeinsam haben sie 3 Fallstränge DN 70 und 2x DN 100 mit jeweils 21m inspiziert, gereinigt und anschließend mit dem Polyurethanharz RabbitResin beschichtet.

Not only did we get to enjoy a spectacular sunset, but we also gained plenty of hands-on experience right on the construction site.

Effiziente Rohrsanierung: ein Ziel mit zwei Systemen 🚀🤝
Nach einer erfolgreichen rabbitcoater 2.0 Schulung im Polypipe Trainings Center ging es für das Team von weiter mit dem Training zum Fill Repair System. Das System kann optimal als Vorbereitung für das anschließende RabbitCoating eingesetzt werden. Ob Risse, Brüche oder fehlende Rohrstücke: Schäden werden effizient behoben und sind die ideale Basis für das RabbitCoating. Unter der Schadstelle wird ein Fill-Körper eingesetzt, die Leitung verschlossen und das Material mithilfe einer 2K-Pumpe eingebracht. Nach dem Aushärten wird überschüssiges Material entfernt und das Rohr ist bereit für die finale Beschichtung mit RabbitResin. Das Resultat: ein haltbares Rohr 👏
