Realismus in Bewegung – wenn Technik und Kunst verschmelzen!

zeigt, wie „Mimir“, eine mythische Figur aus einem Videospiel, Schritt für Schritt zum Leben erweckt wurde.

Der Kopf wurde mit MONSTER CLAY® modelliert, anschließend mit einer Schicht Plastilin überzogen und mit einer stabilen Stützschale aus FREE FORM™ AIR versehen. Für das Innere der Form kam COMPAT™ 45 zum Einsatz, bevor schließlich ECOFLEX™ 0010 und ECOFLEX™ 0020 für das realistische Silikongesicht gegossen wurden.
Das Ergebnis: eine unglaublich realistische Animatronik mit beeindruckender Bewegung und Detailtiefe. 🤩

Realism in Motion – where technology meets art!

showcases the creation of “Mimir,” a mythical character from a video game, brought to life step by step.
The head was sculpted using MONSTER CLAY®, then covered with a layer of plastiline and reinforced with a sturdy support shell made from FREE FORM™ AIR. The inner mold was cast with COMPAT™ 45, followed by ECOFLEX™ 0010 and ECOFLEX™ 0020 to create the lifelike silicone face.
The result: an incredibly realistic animatronic with impressive movement and attention to detail. 🤩

🧜‍♀️ Ursula erwacht zum Leben! 🐚

zeigt den Entstehungsprozess ihres beeindruckenden Halloween-Kostüms – inspiriert von der Meereshexe Ursula aus Arielle.

Für die ikonische Muschel, in der Ursula im Film die Stimme Arielles gefangen hielt, kam DRAGON SKIN™ Silikon zum Einsatz, aus dem die Form gegossen wurde. Die Tentakeln wurden zunächst aus Clay modelliert, anschließend mit Gips abgeformt und mit schwarz eingefärbtem DRAGON SKIN™ FX PRO als flexible Silikon-Tentakeln gegossen. Mit SIL-POXY™ wurden sie final am Kostüm befestigt.

🧜‍♀️ Ursula comes to life! 🐚

shares the creative process behind her stunning Halloween costume – inspired by the sea witch Ursula from The Little Mermaid.

For the iconic shell that captures Ariel’s voice in the film, DRAGON SKIN™ silicone was used to create the mold. The tentacles were first sculpted from clay, then molded in plaster and cast with black-tinted DRAGON SKIN™ FX PRO to form flexible silicone tentacles. They were finally attached to the costume using SIL-POXY™.

League of Legends trifft High-End-Formenbau! ⚔️

zeigt mit dieser beeindruckenden Fishbones-Requisite aus League of Legends, wie präzise und sauber Epoxidmaterialien im Formenbau verarbeitet werden können.

Für die Form wurde REBOUND™ 25 verwendet, kombiniert mit einer stabilen Schale aus EPOXAMITE™ und EPOXACOAT™.
Der Guss selbst wurde mit EPOXACOAT™ GREY, EPOXAMITE™ 102 und FREE FORM™ AIR umgesetzt – eine Kombination, die für hohe Stabilität, feine Details und eine makellose Oberfläche sorgt.

League of Legends meets high-end mold making! ⚔️

showcases this stunning Fishbones prop from League of Legends, demonstrating just how precisely and cleanly epoxy materials can be processed in professional mold making.

The mold was created using REBOUND™ 25, combined with a sturdy shell made of EPOXAMITE™ and EPOXACOAT™.
The casting itself was done with EPOXACOAT™ GREY, EPOXAMITE™ 102, and FREE FORM™ AIR – a combination that ensures exceptional strength, fine detail, and a flawless surface finish.

Happy Halloween! 🎃🕸️

und zeigen mit diesem kreativen Kürbis-Projekt, wie sich verschiedene Materialien zu einem beeindruckenden Ergebnis kombinieren lassen. Für Form und Schale wurden das Silikon MOLD MAX™ 30 und das Epoxidharz EPOXAMITE™ 100 verwendet.
Der Guss entstand mit SMOOTH-CAST™ 300 Polyurethangießharz sowie dem Polyurethanschaum FOAM-iT!™ 10, das für ein stabiles, dennoch leichtes Ergebnis sorgt.

Mit dieser Materialkombination ist der Kürbis nicht nur ein Hingucker, sondern bleibt auch viele Halloween-Feste lang erhalten. 👏
