New range of high quality tooling available

We participated in the MACH2024 exhibition at the NEC from 15th April 2024 to 19th April 2024, alongside our partners Siemens Machinum and RunTec spindle service. The show was a resounding success, with a significant amount of interest in the Siemens ACM suite for machine tools. Many companies were intrigued by how this simple tool could enhance their production without the need for costly program modifications. By allowing the machine to take over and operate within defined parameters, we can improve production times and protect tools from expensive damage.

Additionally, there was a notable demand for spindle service, which appears to be a challenge in the UK when it comes to finding a reliable partner for this specialized service. In the coming months, we will proactively reach out to numerous companies to offer our assistance. We have the capability to service most spindles and maintain a wide range of off-the-shelf spindles, particularly from Kessler for DMG MORI machines.

Looking ahead, we are already making plans for MACH2026. We are excited to showcase some compelling examples of our core projects and explore opportunities to extend the lifespan of older machines that excel in their respective tasks but lack the latest digital technology.
