Together with our custom color center, we’ve created a selection of special shades such as Pearl Yellow, Light Petrol, and Sprout Green that reflect current design trends. Our screen printing ink Ultra Glass LEDGF looks stunning when combined with colorful bottles. It is free of BPA, BPS, PFAS and barium sulfate.

Our Mara Glow GW ink is a BPA-free, solvent-based phosphorescent screen printing ink designed specifically for applications where orientation, safety, and visibility must be clearly recognizable even in the dark.

For this printing example, Mara Glow GW was printed directly to a 27-120 mesh screen on a white pvc film without any additional auxiliaries. The result is an even layer of ink with strong afterglow.

To demonstrate the brightness and visual impact of Mara Glow more effectively, the design was printed in red and black using Libra Print LIP, with a protective varnish applied as the final layer.

Whether for safety and emergency exit signage, warning symbols on machinery, markings on instrument panels, or eye-catching point-of-sale materials, this ink ensures that important information remains visible.

This week at CIAIE in China, Marabu launched the IMD Sphere, a unique digital and screen printing In-Mold Decoration (IMD) solution for the automotive industry engineered with German technology.
This makes us the first and only provider of a hybrid IMD printing solution. Our new Maqua Jet DA-IMX water-based digital printing ink can print limitless designs on our new Maqua Tec F600 digital printer. Combined with our well-established Mara Mold MPX screen printing ink, the IMD parts achieve outstanding performance and resistance.

Printing inks for Food Contact Materials (FCM) must not contain BPA-based or other bisphenol-based substances as of June 20th, 2026 by Regulation (EU) 2024/3190.

Previously, glass was considered uncritical due to the barrier properties. However, the use of BPA on FCM is prohibited regardless of substrate.
