At Timotion 2026, Huf Romania was represented by 11 team members who took on the challenge across multiple race categories: from 21 km to 3 km. Each run carried a deeper meaning, as every participant supported one of the social projects included in the competition, ranging from education and sport to cancer support and other community initiatives.

A special highlight of the event was the outstanding performance of Adi Prisacariu, who secured first place in the 21 km race. An achievement that reflects dedication, endurance and strong commitment - both on track and beyond it.

Participation in Timotion once again showed how sport can connect performance with social responsibility, creating positive impact step by step.

Strengthening leadership from within.
Huf has expanded its internal trainer network with 13 newly certified colleagues from Europe and China, following 10 certifications in the Americas earlier this year. This milestone supports the global rollout of the First Line Leaders Program, combining standardized leadership development with strong local relevance.
By developing internal trainers across regions, Huf strengthens consistency, efficiency, and delivery in local languages - while empowering employees to shape leadership from within.

Ready. Safe. Healthy.

During the Occupational Health and Safety Week, colleagues from Huf Portuguesa participated in training, awareness, and simulation activities designed to support safe working practices and personal well-being while remaining closely aligned with operational requirements. The program addressed operational safety, emergency preparedness, health awareness, ergonomics, and coordinated emergency response.
Through this initiative, Huf Portuguesa reinforces a culture of prevention and continuous improvement, demonstrating how health and safety are embedded in the way work is done and serving as a strong example.

On April 23, colleagues around the world celebrated Huf Day – a global employee event dedicated to our shared contribution to the automotive industry. Every day, through our work, ideas, and commitment, we help move people and vehicles worldwide. Huf Day was our opportunity to pause for a moment, look at what we create together, and recognize that mobility starts with us.

Across locations, employees got in touch with Huf products and innovations, gaining closer insights into how our solutions contribute to mobility around the world. The day created space for curiosity, exchange, and a shared understanding of the impact of our daily work. ⚽ Team spirit that goes beyond the office

Huf Romania football team proudly represented Huf at Cupa Firmelor, a long-standing football competition in Timișoara that brings together teams from across the local business community. With passion, commitment, and true team spirit, our colleagues won their first five matches, advanced to the semi-finals, and narrowly missed the final - losing by just one goal difference. But beyond the result, it was about connecting outside working hours, supporting one another, and strengthening the bonds that also make a strong team at work.
👏 Congratulations to the team players for their dedication, fair play, and energy on and off the pitch. Activities like these show that teamwork doesn’t stop at the office door - it continues wherever people come together with a shared goal.

Huf Polska: sport, community spirit and meaningful support

A strong team from Huf Polska lined up at the start for Perła Paprocan run, in Tychy, last Sunday. While colleagues, families, friends and supporters, created an energetic cheering zone that kept the runners motivated throughout the day.
The reason: to support fundraising for the Therapeutic Day Room of PSONI, a dedicated space for individuals with severe disabilities to engage in therapeutic activities. The room is designed to provide a supportive environment where individuals can participate in various therapeutic occupations and activities.
🏃The unique format of Perła Paprocan run allowed each participant to choose how many 7‑kilometer loops to complete - a true test of personal resilience and friendly competition.
The Huf Polska team did great, and we congratulate the participants on having fun together while doing good for their community.

In November, we shared the start of our journey to build a global network of internal trainers for the First Line Leaders Program. Our first group completed their initial training last year and will finalize their certification in April.

Today, we are proud to share another important milestone: our second cohort, colleagues from the U.S., Brazil, and Mexico, have now successfully completed their certification. This group is ready to deliver the program locally and in their native languages, bringing leadership development even closer to our teams and ensuring an experience that is both globally consistent and locally relevant.

With each new group joining this journey, we are further strengthening Huf in‑house capability to grow its leaders from within - a crucial step toward building a united and empowering leadership culture across all regions.

The holiday season is a time for connection, gratitude, and giving back and our colleagues embraced the Christmas spirit in creative and heartwarming ways - from family gatherings to charitable projects and cozy office traditions. Here’s a glimpse of how Huf celebrated this special time of year.
🤝 Giving back to the community
The season of giving inspired many teams to get involved in social projects. From collecting donations for local charities – 300 books donated by colleagues from Huf Romania to volunteering for community initiatives: Noble gift in Huf Polska - Huf employees showed that teamwork extends beyond the workplace.
✨ Office traditions: Secret Santa & tree trimming
Not every celebration needs a big stage - sometimes the simplest traditions bring the most joy. Teams from Technical Centers in Pune and Timisoara - decorated Christmas trees together, exchanged thoughtful gifts through Secret Santa, and shared cozy moments over coffee and cookies. Some had fun celebrating Ugly Sweater Day or enjoying a magic show - well done Huf Espana!
