Our health coaches are always coming up with ways to keep us feeling our best, from quick back exercises right at our desks to on-site skin cancer screenings. It’s not just about "prevention" in a formal way; it’s about making sure everyone actually feels good while they’re here.

CEROBEAR GmbH went to the moon!

For the first time in nearly half a century humans orbited the moon again with the “Artemis II” mission 🚀🌕

CEROBEAR bearings and ceramic rollers were on board, supporting critical systems from the hatch to the propulsion unit and ensured reliable performance under extreme conditions.

The mission returned safely on April 9th and delivered valuable insight for future lunar explorations.

A trip down memory lane 🏠✨

Last Friday, we opened our doors at myonic GmbH s.r.o. to some very special guests: our retired former colleagues!

It was an afternoon full of laughter, updates, and "remember when" moments. There is nothing quite like seeing familiar faces back together and hearing where life has taken everyone since their last shift.

Solidarity in action: 16 bakers, one great cause 🍰

At MinebeaMitsumi, we’ve always known we have a great team, but it’s moments like these that really show it.

Last week, Minebea Slovakia held a Charity Cake Day to support a colleague going through a difficult time.

The response was incredible: 16 of our team members brought in homemade treats, and colleagues from across the department stopped by to contribute.

We are so proud of the initiative and empathy shown by everyone involved. It’s a simple reminder that we aren't just working alongside each other, but we’re a community that looks out for one another when it really matters.

A huge thank you to everyone who baked, donated, and helped make this happen 🙌

From the ground up: Our new CEROBEAR building is taking shape 🏗️

It feels like just yesterday we were looking at the foundation works, but things are moving fast. Since our last update, the site has completely transformed. The concrete columns are up, the walls are following, and the entire structure is steadily rising.

There is something incredibly energizing about seeing a vision turn into reality right before your eyes. We are so proud of the progress the team has made so far and can’t wait to show you what’s next.

At the beginning of April, we had the pleasure of celebrating Easter at our Minebea AccessSolutions Europe Nevers site with a traditional egg hunt 🐇

A friendly and enjoyable moment that brought our teams together in great spirits… with just a touch of competition! Congratulations to the lucky winners, who went home with delicious chocolate eggs from a local Nevers chocolatier.

A great opportunity to share, connect, and enjoy time together as colleagues 🐣

A PlugFest is a "technical marathon" where engineers from different companies plug their devices into one another to ensure they communicate perfectly.

This is where our team from Paradox was last week: at the DALI PlugFest in Eindhoven. Because we don’t just build; we prove.

Easter was the perfect occasion to thank our employees for their hard work and dedication 🐣

To mark the occasion, our site manager provided a second water bottle, which was distributed to the staff. A small selection of sweets was also included.
