The Kaiser Rollomat® system, originally developed in 1989, is designed to cover one of the widest viscosity ranges among all rotating pastillators.
Its rotary depositor operates on a principle similar to a gear pump, ensuring consistent and precise performance.

The GS pastillation system was developed in the 1960s by KAISER and is designed specifically for medium to high viscosity molten products. The robust cylinder and piston mechanism deposits the melt onto a cooling belt, forming uniform, round, dust‑free pastilles — even for products that tend to form strings with other methods.
