After trying to acquire a specific new customer for months, online presentations, flyers etc. from sales.. we received today the following message from their supply chain manager: „we have analyzed your portfolio, most of our parts we source are from complex materials like 1.4462 or 1.4501, we do not think that your experience match with this complex requirements. Thank you for contacting us“

This is just one of the slides from our flyers we have shared several times with this company and presented in online presentations.

We are not sure in sales, go back and try to convince them or better keep silent and stay away from this incompetence..
