Design for the line, not just the shelf.

A packaging solution can look perfect on the shelf. But if it doesn’t run smoothly on the line, it isn’t doing its job. 💡

Packaging needs to work seamlessly with the entire process: from destacking and guiding to filling, sealing, and capping.

At Jokey, we support customers not only with packaging solutions, but also with the technical expertise to make it work on the line. Our Technical Service supports line set-up, test runs and process optimization, helping to ensure that packaging and filling technology work together reliably. 🤝

Because the right packaging fits the process.

Have a packaging project in mind? Let's talk about the technical requirements!

SaudiFood Manufacturing 2026 brought together the food industry in Jeddah.

For Jokey, it was a great opportunity to meet customers and partners, connect with new contacts, and exchange perspectives on packaging for the food industry. 🚀

From our conversations at the booth, it was clear once again how important direct exchange is in our business to understand local requirements, discuss specific challenges, and to find the right solutions together.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by and shared their perspectives with us. 🤝

Built to handle the shake. 👀

Reinforced for demanding mechanical shaking applications, the JETO+150-2 and JETO+180-2 can achieve up to 50% PCR with REC26 and up to 95% PCR with REC29.

A practical example of combining recycled content with the performance packaging needs in real-world applications. ♻️

The product comes first. 💡

Good packaging needs to work in practice, not just look good on paper.

That means considering the product, its handling and how it will be used, while also keeping production, logistics and end-of-life in mind.

At Jokey, we look at the bigger picture:

• Less material without compromising stability
• Efficient filling, stacking and transport
• Easy handling and emptying
• Recyclability considered from the start

Because packaging works best when every part of the solution works together. 🤝

Shape matters. 👀

From filling and handling to storage and transport, the right packaging shape can make a difference.

Different shapes. Different requirements. One goal: packaging that works. 🪣

Meet the expert: Where do great ideas come from? 💡🌍

Meet Lukas Heller, International Key Account & Business Development Manager at Jokey and part of our Innovation Team.

For Lukas, innovation can start anywhere: with a customer need, a market insight, or a challenge at one of our production sites. By bringing perspectives and expertise together across markets and teams, local ideas can grow into solutions for the wider Jokey Group. 📈

For Lukas, innovation is more than a project:
“Innovation begins with a question, an observation or the courage to rethink something. It’s a mindset.”

At Jokey, that mindset is something everyone can contribute to. 🌍

Jokey Insights: More with less. 👀

Good packaging design is about balancing efficiency and functionality.

Since 1990, Jokey has reduced the weight of its packaging through increasingly efficient and functional designs – while improving stability, break resistance and user-friendliness.

Less weight. No less performance.

That’s what efficient packaging design is about. 💡

Behind the scenes at Jokey. 🎥

A day on the production floor at our plant in Poland gave us a closer look at how packaging takes shape. 🚀

But the best part? The people behind the process. From great preparation to genuine enthusiasm for showing us their work, the team gave us a fantastic look behind the scenes.

A big thank you to Mateusz Buliński for coordinating the day and to the entire team for the warm welcome and great energy! 🤝

Good products start with great people.
