25 Years of Innovation: Celebrating Our Global Team! 🌍🍻

Today we brought the entire NEPATA Group together for our annual company meeting. With 25 team members on-site in Germany and the rest of our crew streaming in live from France, England, Bulgaria, and China, it was a truly global family gathering.

Our co-founders, Bernhard Schmidt and Fabian Franke, shared an honest look at our journey. While the past few years have brought global challenges, they’ve also pushed us to innovate faster. With the launch of our new cloud-based platform, Secabo Opus, we are expanding our horizons and bringing AI straight into the production workflow.

Honoring Our Pioneers 🎖️
A company is only as strong as its people. We were incredibly proud to celebrate some major milestones within our team, honoring Alexis Fonte (20 years), Imad Nassef (15 years) and Matthias Gunzl (5 years) for their incredible dedication.

But the biggest round of applause went to our founders. Exactly 25 years ago, right after graduating high school, Bernhard and Fabian started this business. At the meeting, it was beautifully described as an act of "youthful recklessness." Today, we are deeply grateful for that courageous step 25 years ago. The culture they built—where everyone works at eye level and genuinely enjoys coming to work—is something we don't take for granted.

A Quick Side Note ☀️
To wrap up the day, the local team headed straight to a traditional Bavarian beer garden. The weather was perfect, the food was great, the drinks were ice-cold, and the conversations were so engaging that we completely forgot to take any photos. If that isn't the sign of a perfect team night, we don't know what is! 😉
