A 47-year-old patient presented with a 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗯𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and subsequent 𝗮𝗹𝘃𝗲𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

The socket was grafted with 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗲® + 𝗛𝘆𝗮, covered buccally with a customized 𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗘𝗟𝗗, and sealed using 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗺®. The combined regenerative approach was designed to preserve ridge dimensions, support soft tissue healing, and create favorable conditions for future implant placement.

Following 𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘂𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, a guided immediate implant was placed and the missing buccal wall was reconstructed with 𝗡𝗢𝗩𝗔𝗠𝗮𝗴® 𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗘𝗟𝗗, creating 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 for bone augmentation. Clinical and radiographic follow-up at 3 months showed 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 of the facial contour and 𝗳𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴.
