Very common mistake for the contractors is the wrong start for the building of the walls .

Most important details to know is -

📌Under the First layer of the bricks you must use the hydro insolation (any rubber material can work )

📌 the first layer of the bricks must be under the 0 level of the existing floor

If you not follow these two things you can consider that you will fight with moisture and cold wind for the rest of your life ☹️☹️

Wall removal and metal beam installation #
Most of the metal parts need to be welded at the spot and none of them can’t be skipped .

Starting early in the morning till late late evening we managed to remove the wall ,weld all peace’s together and install it to support the existing walls 😌💯💯

More then 1000 kg steal needed to build the extension in a secure way ,the smartest way to get it in the other side of the house is just to pass the job to someone else lol 😆

It all starts with structural engineer report which tells you what foundation you need to have and how’s the house is built ,only after this information you are able to build it right .

This time we will make 10 meter deep 4 metal tube piles which will be filled with concrete.

Piles are used to hold the whole load of the new construction 🏗 and is main support foundation. 🌴🌴

On top of that a good looking banister,(material cost both sides 2020dkk )

Most common thing when you do the renovation on the ground floor is the heatting floors 😎😎

Nothing is better then of a warm floor in the cold winter evenings 🤒

We recommend to choose PVC floor on the top of the heatting floors ,it has a great advantage of strength ,flexibility and it’s warms up super quick 😴😴 If you want to know more about PVC or heatting floors drop us a message ,we are always happy to assist 👌👌
