I dag har EMS afholdt et hyggeligt pizzamøde for vores lærlinge 🍕
Formålet var at tage en åben snak om, hvad vores lærlinge ønsker sig, både fagligt og socialt, i deres hverdag hos os. Det blev en rigtig god time fyldt med grin, gode input og stærke idéer.
Vi sætter stor pris på deres engagement, og vi glæder os til at omsætte deres input til konkrete tiltag. Der er masser af spændende ting i vente for vores lærlinge 🙌

Today we’re supporting ⚽️❤️

Across EMS, Global Gravity, and HH Consult, we are wearing our football shirts to show support for children and families affected by cancer. It’s a simple way to stand together for an important cause and help raise awareness.

This initiative, led by Børnecancerfonden in collaboration with Danske Spil, continues to bring people together every year in support of children battling cancer and the families standing beside them.

It’s great to see so many colleagues taking part, and together we’re proud to contribute with a donation to support this important work.

🟢 We are proud to share that we’re contributing to an EU-funded pilot project in Denmark, developed in collaboration with Pura Futura, Aarhus University, Fredericia Maskinmesterskole, Rybners & Gesek.

The project’s aim is to develop and test a system for methanation of CO2 from biogas plants end thereby enable the production of the most cost-efficient e-fuel — an important step toward scalable, carbon neutral energy solutions. The project is supported by the EU through the Just Transition Fund.

At EMS (Engineered Market Solutions ApS), our responsibility is the design and fabrication of the project’s stainless-steel tanks. The tanks are built in accordance with EN 13445 and PED Category IV and are certified by FORCE Technology.

All engineering and fabrication are carried out by EMS in close cooperation with Pura Futura, who has been our key partner throughout the project.

We’re excited to be part of an initiative that supports a more carbon-neutral future — and we look forward to supporting more projects like this.

As we round off the introduction of our management team, we’ve saved a well-known and long-standing colleague for last. We’re pleased to introduce Per, our Chief Financial Officer, who has been part of EMS since May 2017.

Per plays a central role in ensuring financial stability, transparency, and long-term value creation as EMS continues to grow. His responsibilities include financial planning and strategy, reporting, cash flow and treasury management, project financial monitoring, cost control and profitability, risk management and compliance, as well as leadership support and stakeholder communication. A key focus going forward is further strengthening integrated financial reporting across the organisation.

What initially attracted Per to EMS was the company’s curious culture, strong entrepreneurial spirit, and flat organisational structure, an environment where decisions can be made quickly, and ideas are welcomed. These elements still resonate strongly with him today.

At the heart of Per’s work is the finance department’s core mission: to provide attentive, professional, and relevant support to colleagues, management, and external stakeholders. He is motivated by maintaining a steady and well-functioning operation, while still leaving room for new initiatives, challenges, and continuous improvement.
Looking ahead, Per sees EMS in a strong development phase with exciting growth potential. He views finance as a key enabler in this journey, supporting the business with insight, structure, and reliable data to help guide good decisions.

For Per, great teamwork is built on respect for the individual. His leadership is grounded in integrity, empathy, and clear communication, with a strong focus on supporting colleagues and encouraging ownership. He thrives in a culture defined by openness, collaboration, curiosity, and the freedom to explore better ways of working.

Outside of work, Per has a long-standing passion for football and has spent more than 40 years as a coach. During that time, he’s had the privilege of guiding many young people, not just in sport, but in life. One piece of advice has stayed with Per throughout his career: follow your dreams.

With that, we complete the introduction of our management team. We’re proud to have Per as part of EMS’s leadership and grateful for the experience, stability, and integrity he brings to the company every day. 💙

With the new year underway and batteries recharged after a good break, we’re continuing to introduce the rest of our management team.

Meet Jeppe, our Sales Manager. In his role, he focuses on driving sales growth, strengthening client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across offshore, wind, marine, and PTX. His work is centred on developing strategic sales initiatives and ensuring our solutions meet client needs in a value-driven and effective way.

Jeppe was drawn to EMS because of the company’s strong reputation for delivering innovative, tailored solutions to complex challenges. The focus on precision, quality, and client success closely aligns with his professional values, and he sees EMS as a place where collaboration and strategic thinking truly make an impact.

Jeppe is motivated by building strong, long-term relationships with clients while contributing to the company’s continued growth. He brings a proactive and results-oriented mindset, combining market insight with close collaboration across teams to deliver solutions that create real value, both in the short term and over the long run.

Looking ahead, Jeppe sees EMS continuing to strengthen its position as a trusted provider of engineered solutions over the next year, expanding its client base and deepening existing partnerships.
