A great honour to welcome the Ghana Navy to Faaborg 🇬🇭🇩🇰
On 8 June, we had the privilege of hosting a delegation of senior officers from the Ghana Navy at our facility in Faaborg.
Our sincere thanks to Capt. Ramzey Bamba, who led the delegation, and to Lt Cdr Evans Kwame Adzakloe, Lt Cdr Augustine Anthony Eduku, Lt Cdr George Acquah, Lt Cdr Kwame Ofori-Boateng and Mr Abbey Frank for making the journey and for an open, engaged and genuinely inspiring afternoon.
We are equally grateful to the Danish defence attachés Casper Emil H. (Accra) and Lasse Sand (Nairobi, and former attaché in Accra) for arranging the visit and for the spirit of partnership they brought to the day.
After a presentation, we walked the production floor together and discussed where our work meets Ghana's operational realities:
🔹 Our ProZero vessels and the Swamp Shark drive — a shallow-draft, weedless propulsion concept built for inland and riverine waters, including the demanding conditions on Lake Volta.
🔹 Mission Master platforms — from smaller craft for patrol and enforcement to larger units for disaster management, rescue and national emergency response.
🔹 Unmanned surface vessels (USVs) for surveillance, ISR and offshore protection.
The conversation also reflected something close to our heart: Tuco's long-term commitment to Ghana, including our commitment in the Takoradi production facility and our work on local training and skills development.
The day before our own team travelled to Ghana, this visit was a reminder of why we are there — and of the relationships that make the work meaningful. We look forward to continuing the journey together.
