A simple idea for a safer setup 🚧

Meet one of our latest options: a fold-away warning sign designed to make your Danilift more visible when working near traffic.

When needed, simply pull out the arm and raise the reflective red and yellow warning sign to alert passing drivers and help keep traffic at a safe distance from the vehicle and its outriggers.

Job done? Fold it down again. The sign lies flat on the rear platform, safely out of the way during transport and normal platform operation.

More visibility when you need it. Out of the way when you don't.

Safety starts long before you leave the ground 🛠️

No two workdays are the same, and neither are our customers' requirements.

For this customer, extra protection on top of the vehicle was a priority. So, we designed and installed a custom aluminum roof protection plate to provide an additional layer of durability and safety where it was needed most.

At Danilift, safety isn't just a standard feature. It's the starting point for every solution we build, whether it's a standard platform or a custom modification tailored to the way you work.

Sometimes, it's the smallest details that make the biggest difference 🔧

When a Danilift comes in for service, we occasionally see dents in the rear platform around the slewing bearing. These can happen if the access platform isn't returned to its transport position correctly.

Until now, repairing this type of damage meant replacing the entire aluminum rear platform, a costly and time-consuming solution.

That's why we've introduced a smarter design.

The aluminum section surrounding the slewing bearing is now a separate, replaceable ring. If it's damaged, only that section needs to be replaced, making repairs quicker, easier, and far more cost-effective.

It's a small design change that can save both time and money in the long run 💡
