We offer two label converting solutions; the Werosys Concept and the Werosys Compact. Both are modular converting lines, meaning new modules can be added whenever needed and modules can be re-arranged – like building blocks. Thereby it can be re-configured to fit our customers’ individual needs. Werosys Concept standard configuration includes: unwinder incl. web guide, laser die cut, combined full
& semi-rotary die cut (runs up to 500 m/min in full-rotary mode), waste matrix rewind, slitter (manual and automatic), automatic turret, rewinder, flexo print-varnish, rotary sheeter/IML module. Werosys Compact standard configuration includes: unwinder, semi-rotary and full-rotary die cutter, waste matrix rewinder, slitter, and rewinder. Currently we offer these additional modules: digital print module, flexo print-varnish module, laser die cut module, turret module, digital foiling & varnish module.
