Our new best friend
COVID-19 has emphasized and challenged us on the importance of keeping abreast of developments and embracing digital opportunities, which means that we do not necessarily have to gather the organization physically to be together. Although we felt that we were technologically at the forefront, we have all been challenged by the constraints that COVID-19 has brought with it, and we have had to embrace a new digital reality with completely new requirements for communication. Personally, it has also required a lot of getting used to having to talk to a camera – our new best friend.
Digital activities require a proper framework. Therefore, we have established a video studio at our office in Farum. Going forward, the study will form the framework for virtual meetings, education, training and much more - all something that will strengthen communication to and across the business. At the same time, it must ensure that we embrace and are more closely connected with our customers, colleagues, and partners around the world, so that everyone is included on an equal footing - no matter where you enter from in the world.
But not only the technical and digital part must be in order - also the way you communicate and act, must be in focus.
That is why we in the beginning of 2021 have had training sessions with Karin Krogh from LSV Group A/S - in Virtual presentation technique and DiSC profiling! Thank you so much Karin for your expertise and patience…it has been very instructive, and we hope that our customers and partners will feel a difference in the future - internally in the company we certainly have a better understanding of each other and a more professional approach communicating virtual! #

Are you a recent graduate in economics and accounting, or have you been in the labor market for a few years and are ready to take on the challenge with accounting and reporting, but also do other mixed administrative tasks such as purchasing, salary, sales support etc.

Since our daily communication is English - it is a condition that you master it both in writing and speech, and since Germany is our largest business market, it will be an advantage if you know a little German, but not a requirement.

You will refer directly to the CEO and be part of our team of 11 people, 2 of whom live and work in Germany, is a mix of administration, salespeople, engineers and technicians who handle the sales of Smart Embedded Display and Touch solutions across Europe for our head office and factory located in Taiwan.
