A different perspective on wind turbine maintenance at Keechi Wind Project.

Did you know that not every wind turbine inspection requires shutting down the turbine or climbing it? Using advanced ground-based, non-intrusive laser precision technology, our teams can assess rotor performance while the turbine continues generating power.

This allows us to identify rotor imbalance, pitch misalignment, mass imbalance, structural weaknesses, and tower movements without making physical contact. By detecting potential issues early, we help optimize rotor performance, extend the useful life of the asset, and recover lost energy production.

It's another example of how Muehlhan Wind Service is using innovative technology to make wind turbine maintenance safer, smarter, and more efficient.

Our Muehlhan Wind Service crews in North America are carrying out annual maintenance on 2.5 MW wind turbines in Ohio, helping keep them running safely and efficiently.

From tightening critical connections and lubricating major components to replacing filters and generator brushes, every task contributes to reliable turbine performance and the continued generation of clean, renewable energy.

At Nordseecluster A, we are supporting the pre-installation phase of 44 Vestas V236-15.0 MW wind turbines, contributing to one of Europe's most significant offshore wind developments.

One of the key challenges has been the simultaneous ex*****on of two major projects at the same location. Through careful resource planning, workforce coordination, and close collaboration with our client, our teams have successfully maintained progress across both projects while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.
Alongside pre-installation activities, our specialists are also supporting the installation and testing of the new 8 VM3 Switchgear, participating in the pre-installation testing phase of this advanced high-voltage technology and helping ensure its successful deployment.

This project demonstrates the value of experienced teams, strong operational planning, and a shared commitment to delivering the energy transition.

As we wrap up National Safety Month, we're reflecting on what safety looks like in action every day across Muehlhan Wind Service. For our crews, safety starts with planning the work, communicating as a team, and looking out for one another every step of the way.

As Jeff Kennedy, one of our foremen currently working on a project in Texas, puts it, that also means following procedures and evaluating the risks before every job:
"Workplace safety means making the right choices and analyzing the specific job hazards and potential hazards every day so everyone goes home safe to their families and friends."
