That’s the assessment of Austrian wine expert and former CEO of the Austrian Wine Marketing Board, Willi Klinger, in a recent article on wine service and serving temperatures.

The article explores a surprisingly common problem: red wines served too warm and white wines served too cold, often preventing them from showing their true character.
