🇩🇰 Successful handover and training at IMS Group!
This week, we welcomed our customer Farum Kloakservice from Denmark. Together with Morten Jensen from IMS Robotics Nordic, the team visited us in the headquarters for the successful handover of a MICRO S light plus system equipped with a 50 m cable package.
Alongside the official handover, our Application Technology Team provided comprehensive operator training to ensure the customer can get the most out of the system from day one. The visit also included a guided tour of our facilities, offering valuable insights into our technology and the people behind our trenchless solutions.
The MICRO S light plus is a compact and versatile cutting robot, designed for efficient rehabilitation work in pipes from DN 75 to DN 250.
Key features include:
🔹 50 m supply hose on cable drum for extended working range
🔹 90° flexibility in pipe bends from DN 100
🔹 Air-powered cutting motor with endless rotation and approx. 90° swivel movement of the cutting head
🔹 Cutter module with radial bracing bladder and approx. 100 mm axial feed function
🔹 Colour camera with LED illumination and permanent air camera cleaning for a clear view during operation
🔹 Integrated push rod and bayonet connection for efficient handling and quick setup
🔹 Compact cable drum (approx. 70 kg with 50 m hose) for easy transport and operation on site
