🇩🇰 Successful handover and training at IMS Group!

This week, we welcomed our customer Farum Kloakservice from Denmark. Together with Morten Jensen from IMS Robotics Nordic, the team visited us in the headquarters for the successful handover of a MICRO S light plus system equipped with a 50 m cable package.
Alongside the official handover, our Application Technology Team provided comprehensive operator training to ensure the customer can get the most out of the system from day one. The visit also included a guided tour of our facilities, offering valuable insights into our technology and the people behind our trenchless solutions.

The MICRO S light plus is a compact and versatile cutting robot, designed for efficient rehabilitation work in pipes from DN 75 to DN 250.
Key features include:

🔹 50 m supply hose on cable drum for extended working range
🔹 90° flexibility in pipe bends from DN 100
🔹 Air-powered cutting motor with endless rotation and approx. 90° swivel movement of the cutting head
🔹 Cutter module with radial bracing bladder and approx. 100 mm axial feed function
🔹 Colour camera with LED illumination and permanent air camera cleaning for a clear view during operation
🔹 Integrated push rod and bayonet connection for efficient handling and quick setup
🔹 Compact cable drum (approx. 70 kg with 50 m hose) for easy transport and operation on site

Interested in the MICRO S light plus or looking for the right cutting solution for your next rehabilitation project? Get in touch with your responsible IMS Sales Manager – we'll be happy to help you find the right system for your application.

And remember: No Dig. No Compromise.

🚀 MAINreel – One system, endless possibilities

With the MAINreel E/A, we bring maximum flexibility and efficiency to main sewer robotics – specially developed as a high-performance cable reel for milling robots.

Available in two versions:
⚡ MAINreel E – for electric systems
💨 MAINreel A – for air-driven systems

Designed for demanding sewer rehabilitation applications, the MAINreel is fully compatible with IMS milling robots from DN 150 to DN 800 and ensures reliable performance even under tough conditions.
Built around a modular concept, it serves as a solid base system that can be expanded for electric and air-driven robots, as well as various video systems (SD/HD).

What makes it stand out:
🔹 Modular design – grow your system as your requirements evolve
🔹 Flexible use – quick robot changes directly on site
🔹 Cost-effectiveness – low entry level with scalable upgrades

Compatible with systems like DRIVE, DRIVEplus, DRIVEplus UHP and TURBO, the MAINreel ensures you’re always ready for the next job – no matter the requirements.

🚛💡 On the road in Denmark – UV power in action

Our partner IMS Robotics Nordic A/S, represented by Morten Jensen, is currently on the road with the UV 8000 Light van, supporting customers across Denmark with mobile UV curing solutions.

At a recent project in Jerslev (northern Denmark), 2 × DN 400 (4.9 mm) liners were successfully installed using the UV 8000 Light with 8 × 650 W – demonstrating reliable curing performance even in demanding conditions.

Next stop: Aalborg – where another project is already waiting, including 50 m in an egg-shaped profile (V310) for a new customer, supported by IMS Robotics Nordic.

The UV 8000 Light vehicle setup combines maximum UV power with compact mobility, making it the ideal solution for flexible, on-site rehabilitation projects.

✅ What’s inside:
* 8,000 W power & up to 210 m of UV cable
* Complete system at only 570 kg - extremely mobile
* Ergonomic control room with 2 monitors & integrated PC control unit
* Soundproof cabin - quiet, concentrated work guaranteed
* Plenty of storage space for light sources up to DN 1200
* Smart layout: UV drum, accessories & technology optimally integrated

👉 The best part: the UV van is available for rent – with or without IMS support on site.
If you’re interested in using the system for your projects, feel free to reach out to Morten or contact us directly.
