Davai A/S is looking for an experienced and motivated Recruitment Manager to lead and develop our technical recruitment activities. In a fast-paced and candidate-driven market, we are seeking a strong leader with recruitment expertise and preferably a technical background within the industrial sector.
📍 WORK LOCATION
One of our offices in:
• Klaipeda, Lithuania
• Grenaa, Denmark
• Hvide Sande, Denmark
🔧 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and support the recruitment team within welding and metal construction sectors
• Develop recruitment strategies and ensure high-quality recruitment processes
• Recruit and headhunt candidates for technical and industrial roles
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and professional networks
• Ensure effective candidate sourcing through social media, databases, and networking
• Conduct interviews and support technical candidate evaluations
• Cooperate closely with clients and internal departments regarding staffing needs
• Participate in onboarding, education planning, and development of recruitment processes
🧠 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Proven experience in recruitment management
• Strong understanding of welding, metal construction, or industrial job requirements
• Leadership and team coordination skills
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of a Baltic language, Russian, or Danish is an advantage
• Non-Danish speakers who are motivated and willing to learn Danish are also encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and team-focused mindset
• Valid Category B driver’s license
