ADMINISTRATION (BOOKKEEPING) APPRENTICE WANTED

As an administration apprentice, you will become an important part of our administration and finance department, where you will gain hands-on experience with a wide range of administrative tasks and learn to work independently in a modern company.

WORK TASKS
• Daily administrative tasks
• Handling phone calls and emails
• Invoicing and light bookkeeping
• Creditor and debtor tasks
• Registration and archiving
• Assisting with payroll and finance tasks
• Coordination and ad hoc tasks
• Practical administrative support for the organization

LANGUAGE
Danish and English, both written and spoken.

Non-Danish speakers are also welcome, especially candidates who are motivated to learn Danish.

Adults who would like to start an apprenticeship are welcome as well.

🔧 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and support the recruitment team within welding and metal construction sectors

• Develop recruitment strategies and ensure high-quality recruitment processes

• Recruit and headhunt candidates for technical and industrial roles

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and professional networks

• Ensure effective candidate sourcing through social media, databases, and networking

• Conduct interviews and support technical candidate evaluations

• Cooperate closely with clients and internal departments regarding staffing needs

• Participate in onboarding, education planning, and development of recruitment processes

🧠 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Proven experience in recruitment management

• Strong understanding of welding, metal construction, or industrial job requirements

• Leadership and team coordination skills

• Fluency in English

• Knowledge of a Baltic language, Russian, or Danish is an advantage

• Non-Danish speakers who are motivated and willing to learn Danish are also encouraged to apply
