A smooth, efficient palletizing flow for bag-in-box wine 🍷⚙️

When Skandinavisk Vintapperi (Skanvin) expanded into bag-in-box wine, the need was clear: to create a palletizing setup built for speed, flexibility, and retail-ready delivery.

A fully automated solution was delivered, integrating palletizing, individual stretch wrapping, labelling, and conveyor handling throughout the line.

Four quarter pallets are palletized simultaneously, wrapped individually, then combined on a EUR pallet and wrapped again. This resulted in Skanvin gaining smoother handling, more stable loads, and a streamlined flow ready for supermarket distribution.
