Hwam-UK-IE HWAM A/S is one of Denmark's largest producers of architect-designed wood-burning stoves.

For more thaan 50 years, HWAM has designed and produced modern, high-quality wood-burning stoves with several patented advantages. HWAM is based in Hørning, just south of Aarhus, where technology and solid craftsmanship unite. Around 80% of the stoves are exported to clients in all of Europe, with Germany as the principle market.

Despite HWAM’s huge success, we are not considering moving production abroad as many other companies are doing these days. Vagn Hvam Pedersen explains, ”It is both my conviction and experience that it is much better, quicker and cheaper to produce in Denmark. If one is capable of using his resources optimally, he will always be competitive.”
