In cooperation with Kvadrat, we look forward to welcome you at booth 1025 during Cruise Ship Interiors Design Expo Americas in Miami where we, among other things, will showcase our Cradle to Cradle Certified® Axminster and Colortec carpet solutions, including the launch of our new, exciting carpet concept, Nature Melange.

This year we introduce a new art workshop, involving residual yarn and felt made from our RE:SHAPE material, and textile boards from Kvadrat Really. Stop by booth 1025 and unleash your creative self!

Every year, vast amounts of high-quality carpets and upholstery textiles are discarded, despite their durability and material value.

The reason? Complex fibre blends that are difficult to separate and recycle ♻️

With the UnBlend project, we are working to change exactly that through a strong Danish partnership with Gabriel, SheWorks, Danmarks Tekniske Universitet - DTU, Designskolen Kolding, and Teknologisk Institut.

By combining circular design principles, creative reuse, and advanced recycling technologies, UnBlend aims to transform how wool-nylon textiles are handled – extending their lifespan, enabling disassembly, and turning waste into new, high-value solutions.

Today we celebrate a remarkable milestone at Dansk Wilton as our Export Manager Lars marks his 30-year anniversary 👏

Reflecting on the milestone, Lars shares: "You only stay with the same company for 3 decades if you find your everyday work exciting and challenging – and that has certainly been the case at Dansk Wilton. There is always a calculation or a carpet design to finalise, or a new project to pursue.” 🏨

He continues: “Fortunately, I have had the pleasure of doing this alongside fantastic colleagues – both new and long-standing – and not least with customers I have had the joy of collaborating with on many projects across Europe, ranging from smaller restaurants to large international hotels of more than 20,000 m² of carpet."

Congratulations, Lars – and thank you for three decades of hard work, dedication and fun 🥳

A place where architecture and nature merge seamlessly: The Heilthermen Resort Bad Waltersdorf 🍃

The bespoke carpet designs were developed by Viereck Architects and conceived by Angelina Boskovic, with the clear aim of bringing nature into the living space. The hotel's biophilic character is made visible and tangible through forms, colours, and materials.

The use of high-quality, natural materials is a defining feature of the concept. The conscious decision to use wool carpets brings warmth, tactility, and a sense of naturalness to the design.

The result is a spatial concept that focuses on the connection between people, architecture, and nature 💚

Following the concept of intuitive wayfinding, carpets depicting meadow, water, sky, and forest were used to support orientation.

Thank you for this wonderful collaboration, which allowed us to create a truly special atmosphere together 🤗
