🔧 Fleksibilitet gør en forskel, når en opgave kræver det.

📅 I weekenden har nogle af vores medarbejdere gennemført en større opgradering af en vægt hos en kunde. Opgavens omfang gjorde, at et længere driftsstop i den daglige produktion ville have været vanskeligt. Derfor blev arbejdet – i dette tilfælde – planlagt til weekenden.

⚙️ Den eksisterende vægt var fortsat mekanisk i god stand, men blev opgraderet med den nyeste vejeteknologi. Samtidig blev den eksisterende konstruktion modificeret og tilpasset det nye udstyr, så kunden nu har en moderne løsning med høj pålidelighed og stor nøjagtighed – uden at skulle udskifte hele vægten.

💪 En stor tak til de medarbejdere, der med fleksibilitet, faglighed og engagement gjorde det muligt at gennemføre opgaven under de særlige forudsætninger.

♻️ Et godt eksempel på, hvordan eksisterende udstyr kan moderniseres og få mange nye års drift med den nyeste vejeteknologi.

🦁 Det er ikke hver dag, vi leverer en vægt til løver.

Danvaegt A/S har netop leveret en specialdesignet platformsvægt til Aalborg Zoo, hvor den skal indgå i det nye løveanlæg, som etableres i det tidligere elefantanlæg.

Det er en lidt anderledes opgave end dem, vi normalt arbejder med, og netop derfor også en ekstra sjov opgave at være en del af. Vægten bliver en del af den daglige drift og skal understøtte vejning og overvågning af dyrene.

Vi ser frem til at følge projektet og deler selvfølgelig en opdatering, når vægten er installeret og taget i brug.

🇪🇸 Anfang des Sommers war einer unserer Supervisoren in Spanien, um die Montage und Inbetriebnahme eines anspruchsvollen Projekts zu begleiten.

🏗️ Danvaegt lieferte hochpräzise Dosiertechnik für eine Anlage mit großen Silobatterien sowie die dazugehörige Fördertechnik. Das Projekt stellte hohe Anforderungen an die Planung der einzelnen Montageschritte, da alle Baugruppen unter äußerst beengten Platzverhältnissen eingehoben und montiert werden mussten.

💡 Genau solche Projekte begeistern uns bei Danvaegt. Anspruchsvolle Anwendungen erfordern nicht nur zuverlässige Produkte, sondern auch erfahrene Mitarbeiter mit technischem Know-how, präziser Planung und großem persönlichem Einsatz.

🇪🇸 Earlier this summer, one of our supervisors was in Spain overseeing the installation and commissioning of a demanding project.

🏗️ Danvaegt supplied high-precision dosing equipment for a large silo installation, together with the associated conveying equipment. The project required meticulous planning of each installation phase, as all equipment had to be lifted into position under very restricted site conditions.

💡 These are exactly the kinds of projects we enjoy at Danvaegt. Demanding applications require not only reliable products, but also experienced people with technical expertise, careful planning, and a strong commitment to delivering the right solution.

It was great to welcome Wolfgang Illesch to our stand. Many years ago, he purchased one of our movable scales, and although he is now enjoying retirement, it was a pleasure to catch up and share memories from the industry.

Ein schönes Wiedersehen auf der VICTAM.
Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, Wolfgang Illesch an unserem Stand begrüßen zu dürfen. Vor vielen Jahren kaufte er eine unserer fahrbaren Verladewaagen. Obwohl er inzwischen seinen Ruhestand genießt, war es schön, sich wiederzusehen und Erinnerungen aus der Branche auszutauschen.
