We started the company on the basis of our strong points, knowledge about production and engineering of hydraulics for offshore constructions, and knowledge about surviving as a small- / medium-sized company in a global market with very hard competition. All employees comes from companies used to work in the offshore sector and all with longterm praxis in the metal components industry related to p

roduction of offshore drilling equipment in the far east. Outsourcing of casting and finished machined components from first class suppliers in China, with material certificates and class approval, has from the beginning been our primary business areas. Our long term relations to the offshore sector have given us a huge knowledge about quality ensurance, and reliable expediting of customer orders. Therefore we have been fast growing and already in year 2007 we produced more than 500 tons of components, mostly to the demanding offshore sector. In the beginning we mainly focused on production of single parts, but quite early we started to follow our customers needs for semi mounted machinery, ending up in 2008 to buy 20% of HYSOM A/S to be able to deliver complete machines according to offshore customer needs. During 2009 a quality management system was implemented in compliance with DS/EN ISO 9001 demands. And on the beggining of 2010, Global Supplier was certified by DNV (Det Norske Veritas) for the supply of metal components, becoming the first certified outsourcing company. We can supply castings, forgings, welded and machined parts from 0.1 kg up to 140 tons, and series from 1 piece to 1 million pieces!

Outsourcing also gives you the advantage of freeing capacity in your workshop, allowing you to increase your overall production, without investment in machines and buildings.

It gives you the advantage of being able to adjust production capacity to the needs of the market.

We can supply all type of metals, steel, iron, stainless, aluminum, brass, and bronze.

The typical qualities are S355J2G3, GS20Mn5, 34CrNiMo6, AISI 304-316, AISI630 – S165M - GG20-GGG40, RG5-10, and NiAlBz.

All material can be delivered with certificates 3.1B and 3.1C (3.1 & 3.2) DNV, ABS, GL, Lloyds and others.

Full MRB are also offered if needed, with COC, NDT, paint and dimensional reports.
