Change drives growth — and today we’re proud to share an important step in our organisation.

We’re happy to announce that Benjamin Wachtarz is stepping into the role of Chief Sales Officer. Ben has been with us for a decade, growing from Area Sales Manager ➝ Country Manager Germany ➝ Regional Director AMEA — and now CSO. A natural next step built on strong performance, curiosity, and a constant focus on customer value.

At the same time, Henrik Lebeck moves into a new strategic role after 15 successful years leading our global sales organisation. He will guide future acquisitions and support new companies in joining our Pure Performance way of working.

Our CEO, Jacob Funk, sums it up perfectly:

We’re proud to present our ESG report 📘✨

This report reflects who we are, how we work, and the responsibility we believe the industry deserves. It’s more than documentation — it’s a look into the principles that have guided us for decades.

And those principles started with a simple belief back in the 1980s:
Industrial cleaning could be done differently. One Danish chemist refused to accept that effective products had to be harmful. So he began developing water-based, low-temperature solutions from a small workspace at home — and in 1987, DST-KEMI was born.

Nearly 40 years later, that mindset still shapes our business and our commitment to doing things responsibly.
