Following the strong 97% global response rate in our 2026 employee survey - and the 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 we see across Baettr in driving positive development - we want to circle back to a post we shared two weeks ago about feedback.

Today, we are proud to share that we have made real progress on this. Moving from an index of 78 to 83/100 is a significant step forward🌱

To us, this is more than just a survey result. It reflects a shift toward stronger day-to-day feedback, supporting 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬, and a shared ambition to 𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫 together.

At Baettr, it means 824 voices were heard across all Baettr sites globally. Thank you all for participating.

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗲𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝘆𝘀? 💭

As part of our Baettr People journey, we recently conducted our annual employee survey to get feedback from across the organization. Last year, we saw a slight dip in the statement, “I often receive constructive feedback from my colleagues.” That insight led to the creation of Baettr Behaviors Worth Sharing.

Baettr Behaviors are our six core behaviors, rooted in our three company values (you can read more about all of them here: https://baettr.com/baettr-people/values-behaviors/
Worth Sharing builds on these to strengthen a more tangible and meaningful feedback culture across Baettr - recognizing the great things we sometimes forget to say, while also supporting constructive feedback that helps us grow.

The initiative is already live at several sites, with more joining throughout spring.

Currently, 8.2% of our workforce and 17.7% of our local management teams are women. While this reflects a slight decrease from last year, it also mirrors natural leadership transitions and organizational changes. It reminds us that true progress in leadership diversity comes from long-term commitment - developing strong talent pipelines, building capabilities, and focusing on thoughtful succession planning rather than short-term measures.

Today, Baettr proudly takes part in Denmark’s annual , with our facility and HQ in Lem showing full support for the cause!⚽

(Football Shirt Friday) is a nationwide initiative dedicated to raising awareness and funds for Børnecancerfonden - The Danish Childhood Cancer Foundation.

Baettr is contributing by donating an amount for every employee who wears a football shirt today - or during this week for those not on shift.
