Today Evosep announces the launch of Evosep Proteomics: an ecosystem designed to standardize and scale LC-MS–based proteomics for research and pharmaceutical drug development.

High-throughput proteomics continue to push the limits of scale, speed, and reproducibility.

A recent collaboration between Evosep and Thermo Fisher Scientific demonstrates how the Evosep Eno paired with the Orbitrap Astral Zoom Mass Spectrometer enables deep and reproducible nDIA proteomics across workflows ranging from 30 to 500 samples per day.

- >6,800 protein groups at 500 SPD
- Strong quantitative precision across all methods
- Retention time variation below 0.4 seconds across nearly 100 consecutive runs
- Optimized MS parameters that can easily be applied across instruments and labs

Understanding insulin resistance at scale is critical for improving cardiometabolic disease risk assessment.

Using the Evosep 60 SPD method on the Orbitrap Astral mass spectrometer, researchers from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, Syddansk Universitet – University of Southern Denmark and Karolinska Institutet identified hundreds of plasma proteins associated with insulin sensitivity and developed a predictive model for cardiometabolic risk.
