It was Sekura Cabins 🇩🇰 and 🇬🇧 industrial design teams during the 90`s at work;

Please enjoy these hand-drawn sketches of the iconic operator cabin developed for forestry harvesters and forwarders.

Recognizable is the distinctive base shape, allowing improved visibility and a spacious operating environment, a shape that all major brands still use today in several evolved versions.

Søren Vinther our Chief of Maintenance and Board Member, has celebrated 30 years with Sekura Cabins DK! 🎉

Thank you Søren for being a great guy and contributing with your nice personality to our organization! 💪

The celebration took place in the maintenance workshop and on the picture from Right to Left you see: Jesper Andersen our work safety officer, Søren Vinther, and Mads Stelter Madsen our CNC specialist.

This team is always making lots of noise and humor and contribute with lots of energy in the good working spirit and atmosphere of our DK factory! 😄😄

Our summer break has come to an end, and as of today our teams are back at work. 🇩🇰🇷🇴

The 2nd shift is starting, and several productions will still take place tomorrow.

This week, major maintenance was performed on our new machinery, now reaching 12 months of manufacturing and operation.

The enthusiasm, dedication, and commitment of this team are wonderful to see and of great value to our organization.

From 20 July to 2 August (Week 30 and 31)

During this time, we will be taking a well-deserved summer break. We will be ready to support you again from 3 August onwards.

Have a look at our Mazak VTC 300 CII CNC machining center! 🇷🇴

The versatility of this machine is pretty impressive. From high-precision milling to coordinate drilling, including threading, surface drilling and toolmaking. ⚙️

Truly a machine that "can do it all" 💪

Our CNC operator team is highly engaged and ensures the machine runs around the clock, producing high-quality machined components for our operator cabins. 🔧

Sekura Cabins DK has recently installed a brand new ASCOTT salt spray tester machine. We have chosen the S 450 model.

To secure the consistently high quality of the coating systems for our operator cabins, we regularly test painted samples taken at random from our coating line production.

The samples are tested according to DS/EN ISO 9227 & 12944-2. ✅

Corrosion testing is carried out in an artificial atmosphere, meaning the temperature is 35 degrees Celsius with a consistently high level of salt v***r.

With the renewal of this quality control equipment, we continue to strive for excellent painting quality and further ensure the high corrosion resistance for which our OEM operator cabins are recognized for. 💪

Last Sunday, a few of our colleagues took part in the Brașov Heroes obstacle run! 💪🇷🇴

A 6 km course full of obstacles at Lake Noua in Brașov. It was challenging at times, but overall a great day together. The weather was perfect and the atmosphere even better!

A special mention to our colleague Diana Pop, who finished in 24th place out of 122 participants. A great achievement! 👏

Through this event, we also supported the Care for Dogs Association. 🐾

Great job ladies! 🏃‍♀️💪
