We’re proud to share a major milestone at DAO Aviation A/S

Our team has successfully completed the installation of the Garmin G1000 NXi Autothrottle and Emergency Autoland system on a Beechcraft B200.

This upgrade brings a new level of safety and operational ease to the cockpit. The autothrottle system automatically manages engine power throughout all phases of flight, reducing pilot workload and helping maintain optimal performance. Meanwhile, Emergency Autoland provides an added safety net — with the ability to autonomously land the aircraft in the event of pilot incapacitation.

Together, these systems enhance situational awareness, precision, and peace of mind for pilots and passengers.

🚀 Exciting upgrade for our valued customer!

Our customer has chosen to equip their Beech 200 – King Air with factory-new, more efficient Blackhawk XP52 engines. DAO Aviation coordinated the acquisition with Blackhawk Aero, and we’re looking forward to delivering the upgraded aircraft, saving our customer both time and money
while providing a significant return on investment.

Supporting our customers wherever they operate ✈️

Despite snow and long queues, our team made it to Lorient to support a valued customer with work on their Aircraft.

To minimize downtime, the days became a little longer — our priority was getting the aircraft back in the air as quickly as possible.

The task included an FCU- and Propeller shaft seal replacement, and the task was completed safely and efficiently.

Our recent design change to the Push-To-Talk switch assembly on the Boeing 767 control wheels ensures reliable cockpit communication.
