Another busy week at Hytek wrapped up with one of our regular team meetings – a chance to get everyone together, share updates and look at what’s ahead🏗️

Our Project Managers gave an update on upcoming projects, while our HR Manager shared important information about responsibilities and our working environment 🚧

Laurits Brandt Andersen who resign as Chairman of the board gave his best wishes for a new chapter in the Hytek Story. Thanks to you also Laurits👏

Johnny also had the pleasure of presenting KIS CEO Vegar Kristoffersen to the Hytek team.

This time, Vegar had the opportunity to meet all our employees and share more about KIS’ strategy, as well as the thoughts and possibilities behind the new ownership structure with Hytek 🇳🇴🛠️🇩🇰

And of course, no Hytek team meeting without Mogens’ Pølsebod! 🌭
As always, Mogens made sure nobody left hungry, serving up his delicious hot dogs together with ice-cold “Cocio b**rs” 😃

- We may need to explain the term “Cocio b**rs” to our Norwegian neighbors - when Vegar pointed out that “Dette er ikke lov!”- b**r is not allowed in Norway – referring to b**r not being allowed at work🚫😉

Finally, it was time for a “Have a great weekend!” as we headed home after another busy week at Hytek☀️

Thank you! to everyone who joined us this week at SMM in Hamburg - Talking business surrounded by Hawaiian spirits definitely does something🌴🍹🌸

Idag d. 3. september har vi i Hytek deltaget i den årlige maritime karrieredag i Frederikshavn.
”MCD” er vores mulighed for at fortælle en masse unge mennesker om vores arbejdsplads – blandt andet:
✔️Hvad Hytek konstruerer og hvem vi servicerer
✔️Hvordan det er at være ansat i virksomheden Hytek
✔️At man kan komme i lære som både klejnsmed👨‍🏭 skibsmontør⛴️ og som industritekniker⚙️

Folkeskolernes 9. og 10. klasser var på besøg🎒- unge mennesker på 15 – 17 år.
I Hyteks maritime afdeling på Knoten på Frederikshavn Havn, har vi haft besøg af i alt 4 hold elever, som til dagligt går i skole på Bangsbo, Privatskolen samt Hørby Efterskole.
Rune - Christian og Patrik instruerede vores gæster i at bukke hydraulikrør, bruge faldsikring, og hvordan man agerer i en redningsbåd. Der var høj stemning, mod til at springe ud i opgaverne og nysgerrige spørgsmål 👍

🏭 Vi lagde os i selen for at "gøre os til" som den, aldrig kedelige og foranderlige virksomhed Hytek er - og som lærestedet der blir tilvalgt af et ungt menneske med gå-på-mod og tanker for fremtiden⚓️
