𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟭𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗚𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗼 𝗛𝗼̈𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗻

On 1 June 2011, Guido Hörstmann joined what was then Frese GmbH – the beginning of a journey that today marks 15 years and continues at Vexve.

Guido was our very first field sales representative at Frese Armaturen GmbH, where he helped build up field sales activities and develop the associated customer structures. And it all began with a memorable job interview: four and a half hours and 152 slides – a challenging but unforgettable start.

Over the years, his role has evolved just as the company has – shaped by growth, change and many shared milestones and today, Guido works as Sales Director DACH.

Being part of a company for 15 years means growing together through change, challenges and successes. When Guido joined, many structures did not yet exist – what started as a small seed has since grown into a stable and successful business area.

As Guido puts it: “What I value most about my team, my colleagues and our company culture is the strong sense of togetherness. I see us as a true team – standing together and supporting each other when it matters. We’re a positive and humorous team but also focused and committed when it counts.”

Frese A/S has officially changed its company name to Vexve A/S.

The name change is part of our continued journey towards operating as one unified company across the Vexve group while Frese continues as a strong and well-established product brand under Vexve.

Apart from the company name, there are no changes to our organisation, agreements, VAT/CVR number or daily contacts.

We look forward to continuing the journey together with our customers, partners and suppliers — as Vexve A/S.

I mandags deltog vi igen i Ladywalk – denne gang “kun” for 24. gang – mens årets event blev afholdt for 25. gang.

Ladywalk er Danmarks største endagsmotionsevent for kvinder og samler hvert år tusindvis af kvinder om motion, fællesskab og et godt formål.
Senest har eventet samlet over 23.000 deltagere på landsplan.

Vi gik sammen med tusindvis af andre kvinder på en af ruterne – 3, 7 eller 12 km – hvor der er plads til alle, uanset niveau.

For os handler deltagelsen ikke kun om motion, men i lige så høj grad om fællesskab og om at støtte en sag, der gør en reel forskel.
I år går støtten til Hjerteforeningen og Endometriose Fællesskabet.

Ladywalk er ét af flere initiativer, hvor vi bakker op om sundhed og trivsel – både for fællesskabet og de lokalsamfund, vi er en del af.

On 17 May, we proudly mark Wenxia Du’s 15-year work anniversary. Wenxia joined the company in 2011 and has since been a valued member of our production team as an Operator on the 3rd floor assembly line in Frese Ningbo.

Wenxia began her journey by applying labels to our products. Over the years, her role has developed, and today she independently assembles a wide range of products – reflecting both her skills and long-term commitment.

What Wenxia values most is the care and respect shown by colleagues and leaders, as well as a working environment built on cooperation, understanding, and strong teamwork. These values continue to motivate her after 15 years with the company.

Thank you, Wenxia, for your dedication, contribution and loyalty.
