𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘆𝗸𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗶𝗹 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗻𝘆 𝗢𝗹𝘀𝗲𝗻 𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝟰𝟬-𝗮̊𝗿𝘀 𝗷𝘂𝗯𝗶𝗹æ𝘂𝗺 𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝟭𝟭. 𝗮𝘂𝗴𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

Benny er uddannet værktøjsmager og kom tidligt i sin karriere til Vexve (daværende Frese), hvor han blev ansat i værktøjsafdelingen.

Gennem tiden har han været med til lidt af hvert: fra værktøjer til varmpressen til løsninger til CNC- og robotanlæg. Som værktøjsmager er han både i værkstedet og foran computeren, hvor han designer og udvikler løsninger – noget han især holder af, når idéen bliver til noget, der virker i praksis.

Benny er også én af de få i afdelingen med stærke fræsekompetencer – en værdifuld faglighed i et fag, hvor der hvert år uddannes få nye værktøjsmagere i Danmark.

Ud over sit arbejde har han altid engageret sig bredt i virksomheden, bl.a. i SU og som tidligere
medarbejderrepræsentant i bestyrelsen.

Privat er han også engageret som bestyrelsesmedlem i Sjællands Charolais-foreningen med egne kødkvæg, i det lokale uddannelsesudvalg for Industri på ZBC Slagelse for Metal samt med hundetræning og badminton.

𝟭𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀, 𝟱 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆!

When Yasser Hassan joined Frese 15 years ago as Sales Manager for Saudi Arabia, the focus was clear: build relationships, understand the market, and grow the business.

Since then, both his role and his reach have expanded. Today, Yasser is Regional Sales Manager, working across Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon and Bahrain - building connections across cultures and navigating very different markets.

Along the way, there have been many proud moments. Securing major projects in Saudi Arabia early on. Celebrating Frese’s 75th anniversary together in Denmark. And later, taking on Egypt - leading to a remarkable achievement with the Central Business District project, home to Africa’s tallest tower.

But if you ask Yasser what stands out most, it is not just the projects. It is the people. The trust, the collaboration, and the way colleagues support each other across borders.

Working across countries continues to bring new perspectives, challenges and learning - and that is exactly what keeps the motivation strong, even after 15 years.

In June, we had the pleasure of welcoming a group of our European distributors to Slagelse for our Vexve European distributor workshop.

A key focus was our New Product Idea process, because strong product development starts with a deep understanding of customer needs and market realities. By bringing distributor knowledge into the process early, we can better screen, refine and prioritise ideas that create real value for our customers.
