𝟮𝟱-𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗿𝘆 – 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗮!
This year, we are celebrating Bettina’s 25-year anniversary – 25 years in which she has made a lasting impact on both the company and the people she has worked with.
Bettina has never stood still. For the first 15 years, she was responsible for marketing, followed by several years as Office Manager. In recent years, she has been responsible for our internal communications as HR Communications Manager.
Creativity has always been one of Bettina’s greatest strengths. During her many years in marketing, she had a keen eye for how Frese could stand out in the best possible way, and no detail was left to chance. Her work ranged from day-to-day marketing activities to larger and more unique projects. Whatever task Bettina has taken on over the years, she has always had an eye for both the details and the overall result.
Bettina’s commitment also extends far beyond her own responsibilities. Over the years, she has been involved in a wide range of employee committees and associations and has been an important driving force behind many of the events that have helped strengthen the sense of community in the workplace.
As a colleague, Bettina is warm, positive and always ready to help. She has a special ability to bring people together and add that little something extra – whether it is communication, an event or a great idea that takes everything to the next level.
